Monkey Pigalle — Restaurant in Paris

All the food is most likely frozen, want proof just got o the bathroom kitchen is literally next to it, it’s tiny and has a HUGE freezer….

Other than that cocktails were ok, despite bartender not knowing some basic cocktail names.

Food service was super slow. AC had a hard time to keep up so it got super hot. They quickly switch to bar mode when people were not done eating because of the slow service so you had clubbing smells (fireworks, packed place) while still eating.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here. This was the first place we went to our first night in Paris. The atmosphere was mellifluous and the food absolutely mouthwatering! If you dig sultry speak-easy vibes, you will most definitely enjoy this spot. My partner and I are rather new to the French Language and were a bit nervous to practice but the bartenders were so very kind and actually excited to hear us at least try. Great wine!
