New art du ravioli 北方小馆 — Restaurant in Paris

This place is fire and flavor in yo face. I frequent this delightful restaurant for their hand made ravioli aka dumplings, mijote eggplant with garlic, and the spicy pimenté beef soup.

The spicy beef soup could feed approximately 3 people! They’re generous with the beef, veggies and tofu. This is my favorite dish!

I was hesitant to share this recipe as I’ve been trying to keep this place a secret since they opened. There might be a wait, but the tables turn fairly quickly!

Edit: I’d like to add that their service is good. I don’t mind that they’re slightly abrupt. They’re busy and working hard to get the dishes out as fast...

So legit and authentic!!!! Small family-run restaurant. The dumplings are to die for 🤤 Haven’t had dumpling skin this good outside of home-cooking, let alone outside of Asia. I went alone and was seated promptly at around 7:30pm. It’s a crowded and busy space but tables move quick. I had to share a table with other diners, which is commonly how we eat at busy restaurants in Asia too.

I also had the hot and sour potato noodle soup, which was so delicious. Exactly what I needed after weeks of being in Europe and missing taste of home. Would recommend and definitely come back next time...

Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre 0 car mon aventure de ce soir : 20 min pour rentrer ( bon normal ) après 5 min une serveuse souhaite pdr nos commandes ( nous n avons pas de carte !!!! Donc compliqué) elle part les chercher me les BALANCE puis revient me BALANCER de même 4 petites assiettes bref de ce mal entendu nous faisons nos choix mais force de contester que 15 min après tous ceux arrivés après nous sont servis en boissons sauf nous donc je réclame les boissons !!! Puis les verres pour boire les boissons !! Après 15 min encore donc 40 min depuis notre arrivée je doit demander si il est possible que l ´on prenne nos commandes !!!!! Les serveuses continuent à servir ceux qui arrivent avt nous je prend les gosses et mon chéri nous payons nos boissons et nous nous cassons de ce restaurant !!! Désolée mais pour le coup perte de temps et d’énergie !!Ou voir même autre chose que je tairais bref cela dit nous arrivons 2 min après à HAPPY NOUILLES dont je vous mets les photos RAMEN delicieuses serveurs professionnels et serviable ( le comble ) 😇 alors vraiment n hésitez pas à vous y rendre !!!! Dommage j en avais entendu du bien de ce restaurant les raviolis des artiste mais vos serveuses sont mal polies , non professionnelles à souhait !!!
