This is the best nail salon in Paris hands down. I tried my fair share of salons in the city and I never found this professionalism, kindness, and service. They are very clean and organised, and they truly invest in the comfort of their clients. The price is cheaper than many places that don’t deliver the same quality. I usually wear my nails short for work, so it’s a hit of a miss if they are shaped wrong. Éline is so effective and skilled, gets you a perfect mani in no time! Worst experience I’ve ever had. The nailpolish was so unevenly applied that they had to redo it 3 times before I gave up and asked them to simply remove it. Once they understood I wasn’t happy they cancelled my reservation on Treatwell so I can’t leave a review on there, which explains their note. How they have 4,8 on google is beyond me. Des amis m'avaient proposé de lieu. Au début j'étais assez réticente mais j'y suis quand même allée! C'était génialissime! Le local : grand et intimiste. Musique douce et pas de bruits agressif, un odeur agréable, un bon environnement, on est tout de suite à l'aise. L'accueil : la propriétaire m'a accueilli avec un énorme sourire et m'a expliqué comment cela allait se passer. En sortant du massage, elle m'a demandé mon avis sur la prestation et m'a offert un thè pour "poursuivre la relaxation" (comme elle dit) Et quand je quitte, les jeunes estheticiennes devant l'acceuil qui occupaient de la pose du vernis, soins des mains me souriaient et étaient tous sympa et passionnées!! Le massage : j'ai pris un massage d'1h30 et finalament on m'a fait vraiment 1h30 de massage (pas comme dans d'autres centres). La masseuse a bien identifié mes tensions et a donc insisté dessus, elle etait a l'ecoute de mes besoin et prenait soins de moi, je suis ressortie ravie!

Depuis ma 1ère visite, j'y vais régulièrement et j'ai même réussi à rammener mon conjoint (assez réticent au début) pour un massage duo!
