If I could give it 0 stars, I would. 23 Euros for a watery cappuccino, a soggy pizza that tastes like cardboard, and the rudest waiter. I'm not sure who lied so hard in their 5 star reviews that this restaurant began to grow an ego bigger than the headache my friends and I received from the poorest practices of customer service. Moaning and groaning and rolling your eyes and throwing a little baby tantrum after the party you just sat didn't order enough food? You're better off eating anywhere else or even going a little bit hungry (at least you'll walk past this dumpster fire knowing that you didn't get robbed of your money for what tastes like microwavable food... by the way, the 2 Euro charge for changing anything about their pizzas is for their manual labor... picking off what you asked to be off by hand because their pizzas are allegedly frozen ;)) There's a reason why there is never a wait for this place, per the seemingly great reviews elsewhere. I would actually pay you not to go here, and I would experience more satisfaction giving you my money than them...

I ordered Calamari Rings for a starter, followed by Carbonara Tagliatelle for the main. After some confused discussion with the waiter, it was agreed to bring the starter out first, followed by the main. I would have thought that the conversation was unnecessary. Itās possible that the regular chef was not there tonight, but to describe my meal as disappointing would not be an exaggeration. The Calamari Rings were tough and tasteless. I suspect that they were from a frozen pack, thrown in the deep-fry for 2 minutes. There was a tartare sauce of some type, again with the look and taste of something from a bottle. The Carbonara was also tasteless and disappointing. I had to add salt and lots of grated parmesan to try to give the meal some flavor. It was also runny and lacking in the normal rich creamy taste of carbonara. So overall, I could not recommend...

When we ordered the food, we could see that the countenance of the staff was unhappy and inpatient. And later on when the staff helped us to clear up our table, my friend requested the staff to help her to throw away the plastic bottle but he refused to do. Lastly, when we asked to pay bill and that staff dared to scold us and told us that heās busy for clearing up the table! Honestly speaking if you are really that busy, you can inform your other colleagues to serve us instead of showing us your black face. A good restaurant not only selling tasty food to customers but also should provide good service to them, to make the customers feel welcome and happy. However, the staff of Nicoleās donāt know how to serve the customers, so please provide some training course to them, to teach them how to serve customers politely. Please reflect...
