They misuse the right to refuse, this benefit is given in France to bars and restaurants to stop people who are highly intoxicated and are a threat, highly unhealthy and possess very bad order or someone who is not wearing appropriate clothes. I am a brown skinned Indian single tourist and i was entering the club alone. No where it was notified that a single person is not allowed. The door man said only with a lady and i said i am tourist so its obvious i don't know anyone. i just want to purchase a drink and listen to music (which is btw like from 2005 ). i was not allowed, i thought it might be the law. I googled about the laws restaurants have in France, it turned up all people are considered equal under the law and cannot be refused on the bases of their "protected characteristics" such as disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, age and religion. I had equal right to enter the place as any girl. i didn't argue on that, but i was shocked when 6 single men were let entry in the club in time span of 10 min. So long as being a couple is publicised as a club-wide standard, rather than just said to certain people its okay but the rule was decided by the doorman and was altered according to him. There is a scope of racist practice too but the person was from African origin, well anyone can be racist the person doesn't have to be white for being racist. The clubs policies are bad i highly recommend you to avoid at all times. its anyways too expensive...
Read moreOne of the most dangerously negligent cleaning staffs I’ve ever seen in a club. There was broken glass right under the steps near the dance floor. The cleaner saw it—looked directly at it, saw people dancing around and even on the glass—and just walked away, leaving the shards there. Another time, I physically cleared a path and blocked off people so he could clean safely, and he still only swept about 25% of the glass before walking off. A visible pile of shards was still in front of him. Zero urgency, zero care.
It is absolutely reckless for a club to use glass instead of plastic cups—especially when they don’t clean up broken glass properly. It’s a massive health hazard and shows pure disregard for patrons’ safety.
I’ve worked in much busier, higher-capacity clubs. The moment we saw or were told about broken glass, we cleaned every last shard before anyone could step near it. I personally cleaned up glass three times last night, throwing it out in the bar’s glass bin—because people were falling while dancing and risked landing right on it. Not that the staff cared.
Osullivans Pigalle’s cleaning staff? Lazy, careless, and dangerously ignorant. You’re opening yourselves up to lawsuits—because at this rate, someone is going to fall and get seriously injured on that glass. And when that happens, it’s 100% on...

We popped into O’Sullivans Pigalle to watch PSG v Arsenal – and what an atmosphere! The place was absolutely buzzing. It’s huge inside, and we were lucky to grab a table despite how packed it was. Loads of screens and a real energy that made it the perfect spot for watching the match.
Because it was so busy, the normal menu wasn’t on – just burgers and chips, but that suited us fine. Pints were decent, service kept moving, and you could actually enjoy the game without constantly queuing.
Out the back there’s a massive area with a big screen, a smoking section (not that I smoke), and loads of space for supporters. It felt like a proper fan zone. Great to see PSG win and the celebrations spill out into the street afterwards.
Perfectly located right next to the Moulin Rouge – we headed there straight after. Brilliant night, great atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area on...
