Beside the Fake smile this is the worst experience in Paris 4 tables come after a give my order to the waiter they all received their food the funny part one of the table that came after me eat and leave and still my food didn’t come I think the kitchen forgot my or was not in the mood to do my order first I ordered at 8:35 pm I got it after several times asking for my food at 9:30 they feel that they disrespect me and wasted my time so they give me free Coca-Cola as it will fix the situation I accepted only to get my food and end the experience and leave . when the food arrived it was not my order. It was wrong then I asked for the check immediately and do not complete my food. I only take three bites and could not complete it then when I received the check the waiter said sorry for the wrong burger but still make me pay €20 for the burger that I have not ordered . 50 minutes to do wrong burger it was an expectable and when I ask to delete the burger from the check, she started to give me bad reaction and weird energy when I match their vibes the manager bring me out and try to fix the situation and try to give me dessert and delete the burger from the check but I refuse to get the dessert I only wanted to leave at the end I lost two hours of my time in Paris and still hungry . thank you for doing everything to made my experience bad...
Read moreFirst of all, the food is good and my feedback is more directed to customer service issues. Firstly, no physical menu is available so if your phone does not want to scan the QR code, as happened to me, ordering becomes difficult. Similarly there is an expectation that you pay by card and not cash despite cash being very prevalent in Paris still. More importantly, the point of sale device has a section with ‘recommended’ gratuities of 10, 15 and 20% - this is not the behaviour of a reputable Parisien restaurant where you voluntarily tip in cash even if you pay by card, and you do not try to pressure people into tipping. I declined to pay the tip so the server went off in a huff and none of the staff would speak to me again.
I recommend diners consider the Hard Rock Cafe across the road which while maybe less quirky, would provide a better ambience, more comfort and a less...
Read moreOur experience at this restaurant fell short in several aspects, particularly when it comes to value for money and flavor. The prices seemed way too steep, especially for what you get – 18.5 euros for a basic burger with cheddar, without even including fries, felt like a stretch.
The "Sexy Cheddar Burger" disappointed with its thin patty, leaving more of a taste of bread and cheese rather than a satisfying burger experience. And the quality of the cheddar didn't impress either – it lacked that rich, aged flavor you'd hope for.
While the Big Mac burger was decent, the Triple Smash Royal didn't quite hit the mark. It was alright, but the overwhelming amount of coleslaw and mayo drowned out the flavors of the patty and cheddar.
All in all, this place wouldn't be our first choice for burgers. They really need to rethink their pricing or up their game in terms of...
