Went for lunch after seeing the great reviews. After waiting 10 mins for someone to take my order, and another 10 for the entree, no one came to take my empty plate. I brought it in myself to gently remind them I was there, and yet they still didn’t bring me my main course. I had to go in and remind them again, and waited to pay as I urgently had to go. Once I had paid, they told me they had registered the order to the wrong table. Strange because no other waiter had my main course, and certainly no one came to check on me throughout all this. As they finally gave me my meal, they offered to give me a free can of coke - something which must cost them 20 cents at best. Tells you a lot about how much they feel their customers are worth.

Il est rare que je fasse des critiques mais mon expérience dans ce restaurant a été une des pires de ma vie. Arrivée à 13h10. 3 personnes. Servis à 14h05. Super quand on a un train... Ce qui est probable quand on est situé près de la gare St Lazare. Commande prise rapidement. Mais redemandée 10mn après. A 13h45, j'ai demandé quand nous serions servis, je me suis fait hurlée dessus comme quoi la salle en haut était pleine (comment le savoir à part par télépathie ??) ! J'étais très gênée vis a vis de mes amis qui étaient pour la 1ere fois à Paris. Pendant ce temps là je voyais les clients qui avaient commandé à emporter défiler, et les clients chinois être servis (3 tables sur 8 dans notre salle). Nous n'étions pas les seuls à attendre très très longtemps cependant. A 14h05 soit 50 mn après notre commande nous avons vu arriver nos plats. Nems très très bons. Sans aucun doute. Travers de porc au riz poêlé : beaucoup de riz et 3 tout petits morceaux complètement hachés de porc avec les os, c'est plus sympa à manger, avec beaucoup de soja !!! Repas avalé en 5 mn pour ne pas louper notre train. Enfin une ambiance pas du tout agréable avec des enfants qui hurlaient sûrement sensibles au stress des personnes qui faisaient le service. Bref. Pour moi ça ne sera jamais plus ! C'est dommage car la carte est vraiment intéressante avec des plats que l'on ne voit pas habituellement. Si vous avez envie de vivre une expérience hors du commun. Ingredients don’t feel fresh and the food is too expensive for the sub-par quality. Fried ribs barely have any meat and feel like just fried bones. Fried ribs were also just salty.
