My husband is Italian so we decided to eat in an Italian restaurant for our second night in Paris. A few years ago we ate at the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Seoul Lotte hotel, the food & service experience were wonderful. Hence I booked Piero TT Paris. I had a linguine with truffles. My husband had a linguine with cheese. Both dishes the pasta was al dente, we loved how the pasta was cooked. Whilst we enjoyed our pasta, the rest of the dining experience was disappointing. Tout d'abord, je tiens vĂ©ritablement Ă remercier toute l'Ă©quipe et en particulier notre serveuse. Italienne de souche (comme toute l'Ă©quipe a ce qu'il semble) extrĂȘmement chaleureuse et disponible : devant nos hĂ©sitations, elle nous a dĂ©cortiquĂ© toute la carte avec patience et sourire đđŒ !

Nous nous sommes régalées avec : L'Artichaut poivrade (belle découverte, assiette copieuse qui plus est) Le crudo de langoustine sur lit de betterave, surmonté d'un sorbet à la mûre (original et frais) Les asperges blanches grillées (cuissons dingues), oeuf au plat et poutarde les Bottoni bicolore (ne passez pas a cÎté !) les Orecchiette (plat plus simple qui nous a le moins convaincu) Last but not least les irrésistibles : Baba a l'Italicus Tarte à la rhubarbe et violettes cristallisées
