Restaurant Buza — Restaurant in Paris

I really do not like to write bad reviews of small restaurants. On the other hand, reviews should help businesses improve their serivce and their food and they should help others making informed decision. In regards to the food, it was awful. Here are just some of the problems that I experienced:

(1) the cook should never, NEVER, be seen sitting in the dining area smoking cigarettes. This is a common practice in the far east, but we are not in the far east. When I noticed him going back to prepare my food, I felt be bit queezy. I should have left then, but I didn't...my fault.

(2) I ordered two dishes with beef and rice, and beef and noodles. I realized that the meat was already cooked and put in the fridge and then microwaved. RULE No. 1: Never microwave meat. My beef turned out as expected, like plastic and inedible. I only chewed on 1 piece and threw away the rest. This is the reason most respectable restaurants prepare the meat by order.

(3) The rice was so old that you could see dry pieces on the edge. I actually did not eat any of it. Old rice can cause food sickness. That, too, ended up in the garbage.

(4) I then tackled the Beef-Noodle soup. The noodle had turned into a sticky mass. I poured the broth on it to see if I can loosen the noodles..NOPE!! all of it ended up in garbage.

(5) Please STOP using so much plastic. All food is served in one time use, disposable bowels. Can you imagine how much garbage this generates.

So, Unless improvements are made, I pass by the restaurant every day, and will...

simplement horrible! aprés un longue période de confinement, le restaurant est resté fermé et j'habite à côté, dés que ils ont ouvert j'ai achété deux plats chauds et j'ai payé 18€! vous ne pouvez pas immaginer le mauvaise odeure que sortez du conteniteur en plastique . le réaps était pourri. ils on re-re-chaufé un plat surgélé mille fois car ils ne l'ont pas vendu pendent le confinement. c'est incroyable. j'y vais plus jamais! j'ai jeté les plats sans...

C'était un de mes restaurants préférés le midi mais depuis le changement de propriétaires, la qualité semble s'être dégradée. Le 25/06/2019, un porc au caramel caoutchouteux, (à moins que ce n'ai été des morceaux de gras ?)au goût fade, auquel je n'ai absolument pas touché. Le riz m'a suffit. L'ananas en dessert n'était pas non plus très frais. Je n'avais jamais rencontré de soucis avec ce restaurant jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Je ne pense plus...
