Hi, I’m 11 years old and my family and I visited Paris for a nice holiday. We were there for a few days and we tried many good restaurants for dinner, however this one was my favorite! My family and I were staying at the hotel in this place and we went down for a late dinner. As soon as I entered the room, I already loved it! It has such a cozy and relaxing vibe to it and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The service was great and they were very accommodating! My entire family and I ordered the same dish with scallops, broccoli, and rice, and we loved it! It was the best scallops I have ever tasted and the manager took the time to come over and explain to us what the dish was! The dish that we all ordered was a special and unique dish that wasn’t expected. The taste was amazing and I was blown away by how delicious it tasted! After dinner we were relaxed because the seating was very comfortable and the environment was very clean, relaxing and chill. The next day I begged by parents to come back after dinner to just chill and eat some yummy desserts! Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you ever...

Hidden charges and rude management.

I ordered the €29 agnolotti, and the dish was a complete letdown. The pasta was soft, mushy, and overcooked, and the stuffing tasted strange. The mushroom filling was extremely salty, and I could only eat a couple of bites.

When I politely mentioned this, the manager — a very young man in his early twenties — gave an unexpectedly shocking response: “it’s not going to be removed from the bill.” Excuse me? I couldn't believe what I heard

What made the experience even worse were the unexpected, off-menu charges:

Besides charging €10 for an Earl Grey tea, €11 for hot water with three tiny slices of lime is extremely shocking and completely unbearable --Neither drink appears anywhere on the menu, and the prices were never communicated. When I asked about it, the young manager simply said, “That’s what we do.”

For a restaurant inside a hotel like this, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer care is unacceptable. Beautiful presentation doesn’t make up for poorly executed food, hidden fees, and...

We booked for a business lunch here but, due to horrific traffic (we were working north of the city) we arrived late. So late in fact that the lunchtime service was over. We were offered finger food or the small “daytime menu” (sandwiches or pasta) and we were about to order from that menu when the Maitre D’ came up and asked “would you like fillet steaks?”. We were SO pleased (as we were all starving hungry). We shared finger foods for starters, all were wonderful, then enjoyed perfectly cooked fillet steaks (on a beautiful potato mash. All washed down with a “Grand Vin De Bourgogne”. Deserts and coffees, and we left feeling we had been treated like kings! Perfect service, perfect food (even though it wasn’t from the menu),...

We stayed at the hotel while visiting and absolutely loved the atmosphere here. Nice place to relax and have a drink after a day of walking Paris.
