Owned by a vietnamese family. The madam serving us is a hardworking, very kind women. She tries her best trying to speak English to tourists, always smiles and is very friendly. If you're near Gare du Nord, try this vietnamese restaurant out! Especially if your train leaves in at least 1 hour, you'll get plenty of time to enjoy a meal here as you'll get your food quickly compared to western restaurants. Downstairs you have more seats and tables, and a toilet and the kitchen. So the madam has to go up and down the stairs all the time to serve the food. Must be very exhausting, I salute her lol. The prices are cheaper compared to other parisian western restaurants! Budget friendly. Also, the bo luc lac doesn't contain any flavor enhancers such as MSG...
