Myself and 4 other friends came here last night. We queued for an hour and finally we got upstairs. The space itself when we arrived off the elevator was huge and empty. We were greeted very warmly by the manager which is always nice. We went outside and I spoke with the woman who was managing the tables and she told us that it was complicated and we would have to order at the bar and then wait again. The only problem was there was so no room anywhere, not at the bar or the walkway. It was extremely busy there which is always nice to see but the management of the tables is just so messy and unfortunately after queuing for one hour we left almost immediately. The woman apologised- wasn't her fault and then when we got downstairs the guy who was on the door apologised as well, again it wasn't his fault. It's such a shame that there isn't a better organisation here so that people are not waiting unnessecarily. I would recommend definitely to reserve a table beforehand. The views are super pretty and the menu looked nice.

Absolutely gorgeous ambiance! Beautiful views of le marais Came around 7pm on a Wednesday Didn’t have a reservation but was able to get in and seated within 10 minutes You get let in through an elevator that takes you to the 6th floor then follow signs and take the stairs to the 7th floor I ordered a cocktail and it was delicious. A bit pricy for France standards 16 euros but it’s because of the view! Great experience! I’d have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the end when I asked for the check (whole time I was speaking French with the server and vice versa) and I said something in English and he then asked for a tip on the handheld device and I didn’t see an option to bypass it so I did a custom 1 euro tip. Funny because I’d have left the same or more in cash if I hadn’t been asked but I don’t like how these places seem to only ask non-French people.

The venue itself is gorgeous. We were here on a Wednesday and it was really crowded. We made a reservation but our table was already taken. The guy who was assisting us was really nice and kind and I said to him that it was no problem. So we went to the outside bar. First we paid our drinks and than we needed to give the ticket to another guy. We were waiting for more than 15 minutes and when I asked where our gin tonic was he said he never got any ticket. This was the worst. We said we just gave the ticket and he said it was not true. In the end he gave us our GT with a very enjoying regard. It was so disrespectful. Another big minus: if you need to go to the toilet you need to wait more than 30 minutes. Too bad because the views are really nice!

Avoid at all costs if you are a tourist!

My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing, particularly due to the subpar service and lack of attention to non-French customers. We were initially recommended this place by a local at a café, but unfortunately, it became clear that the staff's treatment of patrons varied drastically based on nationality.

The service we received was exceptionally rude, with our server showing no interest in accommodating us. Our glasses were not only dirty but appeared to have been hastily retrieved from another table, and the water served to us contained a bug. While the view may be pleasant, this is the only redeeming quality of the establishment.

It seemed as though French patrons were treated with far more respect, as our server was notably polite and attentive to them. In contrast, our experience as visitors was far from welcoming. The food was cold, mediocre at best, and the cocktails were overpriced and poorly made.

While other staff members were somewhat more cordial, the overall service was far below expectations. The most disheartening part of the experience was when, after such poor service, our server had the audacity to request a tip. I would strongly advise any visitors to Paris to avoid this place; there are countless other venues in the city that offer far better service, food, and overall...

This so-called “exclusive” rooftop bar is nothing but an overhyped, pretentious nightmare. They refuse to let you enter from the department store floor for absolutely NO reason, forcing you to take some ridiculous, inconvenient detour. No explanation, no logic—just pure arrogance.

The staff? Rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent. They act like they’re guarding the gates of heaven when in reality, it’s just an overpriced bar with mediocre drinks. The whole setup is pointlessly inconvenient, and the attitude they throw at paying customers is beyond unacceptable.

Whoever thought this entry policy was a good idea should be fired immediately. If you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen for no reason, by all means, waste your time here. Otherwise, spend your money somewhere that actually values customers.

1/5 stars – only because 0...
