I randomly found this ramen place by searching in Google ‘ramen near Les Halles’ as I was in the neighborhood. It has a good rating and the ramen images looked appealing so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was a bit empty when I arrived but it’s good as I do not like queuing for my lunch as most of the ramen places in Opera/Pyramide. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it arrived quickly. I really liked how it was presented, almost like a Michelin star cuisine. Very well balanced with vegetables and meat, and on top of that they also added roe which is quite original I have to say. The pork slices were nicely grilled giving a lot of flavor, I also like the fry tofu striped (I think that’s what those were). The noodles themselves were Al dente, they went extremely well with the rest of the ingredients. As for the soup, I thought initially it’s a cream based tonkotsu but it was actually battered to form foam, the soup itself was clear but still was an intensely flavored bone broth. Overall I really liked it and would...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this ramen restaurant. The noodles were by far the worst I've ever had, and the service was incredibly slow. Also we asked for a bottle of water that wasn’t cold, but they refused, which was frustrating. It’s hard to understand why they couldn’t simply provide a bottle of tap water. The atmosphere was also disappointing—it's April, and they still had Christmas decorations up, which felt odd.
To make matters worse, after eating the Végé Soja Ramen (which had tofu that tasted like soap) and the Miso Ramen, we both ended up feeling very sick and had to spend time in the restroom. I would not recommend this...
Read moreThe restaurant is situated in Châtelet. Since we did not have a reservation we had to wait. It did not bother us though, because we really wanted to eat here. The place has an amazing ceiling decor which is a true eye catcher. We decided to get the Miso Ramen and the Chicken Katsu Curry. The Ramen were very tasty a large portion. The Chicken was also delicious. I had to ask for a spoon since i did not get one and for a napkin as-well. Normally they’re on the table. They apologized for it and the waiting time, since it was very busy. We enjoyed it very much. If you love Ramen, this...
