Very tasty and healthy food and knowledgeable owners! I had tried authentic Taiwanese suncakes as well as Japanese raw toast in this shop, the creaminess was very messy and very easy to digest. There is gluten free option, which is a cake product with reduced sugar and very light cream. I enjoyed the Szechuan pepper flavoured coffee, based on Ethiopian coffee beans, which was fruity and light. J'ai commandé un matcha latte à emporter. Le personnel est super gentil et souriant, mais la boisson n'était pas à la hauteur. Le goût du matcha n'était pas très présent, j'ai surtout senti le goût du lait et en soulevant le couvercle du gobelet j'ai vu qu'effectivement, la couleur était vraiment très claire. Il n'y avait pas assez de matcha. Le gobelet utilisé était très petit pour un matcha latte, elles avaient des gobelets plus grands (en plastique pour les boissons froides, mais aussi en carton pour les boissons chaudes). Je ne sais pas pour quelles boissons on peut avoir un grand gobelet mais apparemment, pas pour le matcha latte. Je n'ai pas testé la nourriture, mais le matcha latte n'était pas à la hauteur, malheureusement. Point positif : la gentillesse du personnel !

Suite à la réponse du café : Je bois énormément de matcha et je m'y connais suffisamment pour faire la différence entre un goût doux/subtil et pas de goût du tout. Je n'attends pas un goût très fort ou très amer, j'attends un goût tout court, sinon ça ne sert à rien de commander un matcha latte, mieux vaut simplement boire du lait. Mon commentaire ne parlait pas de la qualité du matcha utilisé ou du fait qu'il soit bien mélangé ou non, il parlait du fait que la boisson n'avait pas de goût et qu'il n'y avait pas assez de matcha,...

Tiny single-door cafe on a wide, but relatively quiet avenue. The interior is decorated with small trinkets.
