Went here twice to have a better understanding of the food, and I personally didn’t enjoy their ramen too much and would not recommend. First tried the classic tonkotsu ramen: fried nori is great, chashu is OK, nitamago is OK (a bit overcooked). Noodles are fine, but too thin for my taste. The broth was also OK, but nothing special - not too thick, not too bland. Overall, considering the steep price of 20.5 euro, it was 4-stars for me. Solid, quality bowl, but not great. And then today I tried the chicken ramen, and it was a disappointment. Toppings are OK as described above, but the broth was way, way too salty. Didn’t even finish the broth, and usually broth is what I value the most in ramen. It might be that I don’t understand their approach to ramen, but for me, especially considering a very high price, this is just a 3-star food experience.

Serious disappointment. Firts of all, worse than questionable hygiene. The table was filthy with food residue and when we requested to have it cleaned it was worse. Truly disgusting. Then the waiter had no real knowledge of the menu and had to look up most of the items. Then she just forgot to ask if we also wanted to drink anything... Then the food; the gyoza were not fresh, the sides of the dough were hard (sign of not having beenade recently) and the gyoza themselves were bland and half empty. The ramen is bad, the broth tastes just of soy sauce and it has a layer of grease on top. The slice of meat is thin, hard and has been marinated in soy for so long that you can only taste the soy sauce. A few tiny slices of bamboo and that's it. Very poor, lacking flavour. We chose not to have dessert to avoid further disappointment.

Everything about this restaurant is top notch: the service, the fact that they speak excellent English, the atmosphere, the decor, the food and believe it or not, my absolute favorite thing about this restaurant was the bathroom! They have this gorgeous state of the art cobalt blue futuristic decorated bathroom that I have never seen anywhere before in my life. It was clean and beautiful and so nice to the point that I did not want to leave the restroom. The food was good. The service was kind. The food came out fast. The restaurant was clean. The ramen was delicious and apparently I was there eating on their first day and grand opening. I highly recommend this restaurant! I am also vegan and they had enough vegan vegetarian items to my liking on the menu. I wish this restaurant the best of luck. They very much deserve it.

Guys if you read this be more aware about this place don't trust the good review.

After reading a lot of good reviews ( my bad usually I always check first the bad ones but this time I was so hungry) So we went there around 8pm with my boyfriend we wait maybe 15 min to get a sit ( alright can it be normal) then we wait again ( no joke) 40 min to order ( I know it's sounds crazy) without any drinks. After that the guy came with our orders ( we thought) but it wasn't and we wait again 15 min. So 55 min later he came ( finally) but he forgot the starter ( I have no words) but the most craziest things ever ( I'm so sorry this is not okay during a services) we were not the only ones waiting and the starter never came at all. The waitress were more busy to clean the space instead of taking the orders. I completely understand you want to keep the space clean alright but you should change your priority if don't want to loose more customer.

About the food honestly I've been to a lot Ramen places and this one is the worst. Too expensive for nothing not really tasty at all it's just a basic broth. My boyfriend has been even sick for the first time after this plate ( I'm not kidding at all). So I really don't understand the good review after this experience sorry

You should make your own opinion no matter what but trust me it's waisting money for nothing. I'm just giving the two stars for the eggs and the chicken.

Dear owner if you read this you should get more employee first then you should create a good atmosphere in the team because as we heard there's any communication between them. So most of the mistakes has been made because of that's first. Then you should create an area system I mean one waitress is taking care of his side and the other waitress is taking care of the others side then they can help each other when they finished their task. And honestly with this type of service the price are high for nothing. The noodles were so sticky with a weird taste. Maybe you should add an option about that with other...

Title: A Flavorful Ramen Haven!

I had the pleasure of visiting this ramen restaurant, and I can't stop raving about the experience! From the moment I stepped in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere transported me to the bustling streets of Tokyo.

Now, let's talk about the ramen - it was an absolute masterpiece! The broth was rich, flavorful, and packed with depth that warmed both my heart and soul. The noodles had the perfect chewiness, and the toppings were a symphony of textures and tastes that danced in harmony with every bite.

The menu offered a delightful variety of ramen options, catering to different preferences and tastes. As someone who loves spicy food, I was ecstatic to find that their spicy ramen had just the right amount of kick without overwhelming the other flavors.

The staff were not only friendly but also passionate about ramen, providing recommendations and answering all my curious questions. They truly cared about making my dining experience exceptional.

Whether you're a ramen aficionado or new to this delightful dish, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. The dedication to quality ingredients and authentic flavors is evident in every bowl they serve. I can't wait to come back and savor more of their delightful...

(Note: My partner and I have had authentic and non-authentic Asian food before. We've had one vegetarian ramen, one ramen with meat and one serving of vegetarian gyoza. English is not my native language.) Remember: Even if you don't like the food at a restaurant, you should always (!) be kind to the staff. Usually it's not up to them what food is served, how it's prepared and how much it costs. It's not their fault. Be kind! Finding the restaurant wasn't difficult at all and I could have a look at the menu online before I went there. There's a step at the entrance so it's not accessible for wheelchair users. The atmosphere was amazing, lots of lovely details. The 2 young service people were very friendly and diligent. You can either take your order home or eat at the restaurant. Unfortunately my partner and I both didn't like the food. The noodles were good. The vegetables were ok, but most of it was mushrooms. The meat was tender but blant. The stock had an unpleasant smell and an unusual, weird taste we both didn't like. The vegetarian Gyoza were filled with...? spinach? and mushrooms, I guess? Weird but was ok. Overall I suggest you only eat there if you REALLY like...
