I can't say anything about the food, I do not have enough time to wait. I have to say that the restaurant have a lot of space, (I don't understand why every body have to be in one angle), arrived to the restaurant, I was waiting to be seated 7 minutes, finally arrived to the table, (with every body), it took to me 2 minutes to decide what to order, but after 15 minutes I was still waiting for somebody....than I change restaurant....(when the writers running around is not a good show). Just googled this place for a quick Italian bite. Place looked very nice, but unfortunately the service was quite poor. The food was mediocre, but the bad service reached the peak at the end when we asked for the bill and the unfriendly waitress that was unfriendly during the entire dinner, just threw the bill onto our table while she walked by... :-(

Though it looks nice and though it has undeserved 4 stars in reviews, we will never visit this...

Une catastrophe !

Je suis venue avec mon conjoint récemment, et c’est selon nous le pire restaurant de Reims.

Premièrement, je trouve qu’il y a très peu de choix dans la carte d’autant plus que lors de notre venue, beaucoup de plats étaient « en rupture de stock». Nous n’avons eu donc très peu de choix…

Mon conjoint s’était trompé en commandant un plat, nous ne mangeons pas de viande et nous n’avons pas remarqué qu’une pizza avait de la viande de porc. C’est notre erreur donc on demande au serveur si c’était possible de nous refaire cette pizza mais sans la viande, nous avons bien précisé qu’on était prêt à payer pour cela. Le serveur revient longtemps après avec « sois disant une nouvelle pizza » avec une remarque « ouais par contre on vous a refait la pizza mais en cuisine ils étaient vénères comme c’est de votre faute » devant tout le monde.

Une mauvaise ambiance, on nous a regardé mal tout au long du repas. On a même pas mangé, on a décidé de partir.

Concernant la qualité des plats, nous n’avons pas aimé. Les pizzas étaient secs, fades.

Je suis tombée malade aussitôt lendemain matin. J’ai évidemment des certificats médicaux. Quant à mon conjoint, il avait des douleurs au ventre.

Il n’y a absolument rien qui va avec ce restaurant, quel gâchis de dépenser son argent dedans. Ils nous ont gâché...
