A very pleasant surprise. Not knowing quite where to dine, we stumbled upon this lovely looking restaurant very close to the Cathedral. The setting inside is modern yet cozy, with some funny replicas of famous paintings hung on the wall. As for the food, we weren't disappointed. I highly recommend the tuna tataki which was simply delicious, served with homemade fries. The only reason I will not give 5/5 is because we had to wait quite a bit, some 10-15 minutes just to get the menus, and around half an hour for the dishes. Best restaurant I’ve been to in the region, not a touristic trap at all. Staff are so friendly and thoughtful, you can tell they have a passion for their work. Food is absolutely exquisite, nothing to mention. Highly recommend. Better than the Michelin starred restaurant we went to the night before. A truly memorable dining experience at L’Atelier! From start to finish, everything was beautifully executed. I began with the foie gras, which was perfectly balanced—silky, rich, and delicately paired with thoughtful accompaniments that enhanced, not overwhelmed, the dish.
