A surprising gem! Every morsel was absolutely delicious! They adjusted for food allergies. On first look at the menu, it seems very limited - but the food was so beautifully prepared. Ingredients are all local to Champagne and the theme was evident through all the courses. It was a very creative and beautifully executed menu. Must go. Wine pairing was suggested by owner after we ordered and it was the perfect compliment to our meals. Service was spectacular. This is absolutely a restaurant to watch. Although fairly new, the menu is incredibly refined, the people are very warm and welcoming. This will be on the top of the list when we return to Reims.

The service, in particular, was exceptional; I'm very grateful to the two waiters for their Michelin three-star service. The chicken main course was incredibly delicate and the seasoning was interesting. What surprised me most was the mushroom-shaped dessert combination. Even as someone who isn't a huge chocolate fan, I experienced a wonderful combination of chocolate, porcini mushrooms, and parsley madeleines. I think it was even better and more interesting than many Michelin three-star desserts I've been to. If I have the chance to return to Reims, I will definitely come back! I will recommend it to my friends and tell them to try it when they come...
Read moreI had a wonderful lunch here with my parents and my husband. We all ordered the lunch menu of the day. I had no idea what to expect of a spinach veloute with cheese panna cotta, but what arrived was as beautiful as it was tasty. The main course shrimp with potatoes, shaved fennel and some sort of sauce made by angels. My dad declared the meal to be “easily as good” as the Michelin star restaurant he’d gone to in Brazil. I’ve never been to a Michelin restaurant, but this meal certainly is in the running for best thing...
