Underwhelming. Perhaps the carbs-heavy pizza, flammekueches and pastas are better, but my partner and I each had a salad. My partner had the Cocktails d’Avocats that was supposed to have smoked salmon, but didn’t (he should have spoken up), the tuna is tuna salad, and the focaccia was very flat bread without olive oil or garlic as is typical for focaccia. There was some avocado. The vegetable salad underneath was meh - iceberg lettuce with some cherry tomatoes. I ordered the Salade du Chef, which had some strips of fish (salmon and some other fish) that were ok, on a bed of rather underwhelming salad that had iceberg lettuce, some cherry tomatoes, some sliced mushrooms, some corn kernels and shredded carrots. It actually also includes an egg, but I told the waiter to leave off the egg. The service was fine, the atmosphere very noisy. It was quite crowded and there were children as well, so it was not relaxing (we had to talk loud to each other to be heard). We’re visiting Strasbourg for a week and the competition is on vacation, so it is a shame, because we won’t bother...

I have been there several times and I like this place even though I feel that the food used to be a bit better than It is at this point. We had 3 tartes flambees , one with onions, one with mushrooms and one multiple extras like potatoes and blue cheese. I enjoyed all of them but I would advice to go for one or two toppings maximums. ( onions, mushrooms...) Less is better in this case. I would also love to see an extra version with apple and calvados The pizza was ok but I remember better ones a few years ago.

Still a good place especially for the fan of Kocher...

Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Attitude From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the waiter didn’t approve of us coming to “his” restaurant. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome.

When we tried to make our requests, he showed no patience or willingness to help, leaving us with no choice but to leave without ordering. We were deeply disappointed by the lack of basic respect and tolerance.

This was far from the kind of experience we were expecting, and we certainly won’t...
