One of the worst Ibis Budgets I’ve ever stayed. The room heating is really bad. Super cold room. Told the reception, and absolutely nothing was done about it.
The walls are really thin, so you can easily hear what other people are doing in their rooms, which to my displeasure led me to our family hearing a couple having wild s*x in the other rooms as well as people coming in and leaving of the other rooms.
The reception is VERY SLOW. Only ONE person has to do everything at the hotel, which kind makes it really hard to check-in, check out or even ask anything at the front desk.
And the management don’t make it easy neither. There is no hair dryers inside the room. So you have to “enter a dispute” with the groups of guests checking in in order to ask for the hair dryer, which may lead to you having to wait 30 minutes for it.
Same thing goes for towels. They don’t leave facial towels, only the ONE towel per person. Again, you may ask to the reception, but good luck entering the dispute to ask for it.
Location is not good either. You have to walk up to 20 minutes to reach the restaurants area and the main attractions.
To finish things up, I had passed 10 minutes after check out and got a knock in our room by the receptionist saying I had 5 minutes to leave.
I’d not recommend this Ibis Budget. Save your money and spend somewhere else, even though it may cost you a...
Read moreThe hotel is basic. Rooms are small and beds too (130cm). For one person it was fine. Bed was comfortable but pillows not. Breakfast is good. The main issue was that there were schoolclasses staying in the hotel. There were divided to different floors and causing alot of disturbance. Teachers didnt have acces to the room so there was alot of hard knocking on doors and slamming doors. The staff didn't want to give me another room. If you allow schoolclasses in your hotel then you have to make sure other guests are not disturbed by them. Ex. Place them in the same floor away from other guest. Make sure at breakfast they have set tables and times. It was all very chaotic and noisy. I stayed 3 nights there for buissines and i had 3 nights of bad sleep. Staff wasn't friendly, no smiles or apologies. I had a really bad experience and. I hope the management will contact...

Our class was kicked out of the hotel on very weak grounds. We had, of course, made a small mistake — we had parked some electric scooters incorrectly. But once we were informed, we immediately moved them and parked them elsewhere. Shortly after, we were accused of throwing food out of the hotel, but we do not believe it was us. We are convinced it was some other students from Germany who were also staying at the hotel.
We had behaved well for the past three days and only had one night left before going home. It felt like the staff had a prejudiced and negative attitude toward us — especially those of us with an immigrant background. It was as if we were judged in advance, regardless of how we actually behaved. The whole situation was unfair and very unpleasant.
