Never experienced such horrific customer service- disgusting!! After sitting outside, we were a party across two tables, to make payment easier we had two separate tabs. Food was good as always, although the delay between burgers and fries arriving was around 10-15 minutes after the burgers- I did have to ask where they were. When it came to payment we moved the food onto one tab, and paid it. The other table then called me over as they said I hadn’t paid for some fries, which I had and had the receipts to prove it. The what I presume is management was so aggressive shouting in my face, leaning across the counter screaming telling me to pay for the fries and that “I shouldn’t order and expect not to pay”. She wouldn’t let me get a word in and was screaming at me! I then asked the waiter to come over to ask what was going on. He said we’d ordered another fries (which we hadn’t we’d asked where they were) all I was trying to do was explain myself as there was clearly a language barrier- the manager then started shooing me away shouting in French. The whole restaurant at this point are watching the chaos. I’ve never been so humiliated, they told me to leave so I actually paid for the fries even though I’d already paid for them. Read moreFood was great but service was not. Waiting time to order was a little slow but understandable as it was the end of the lunch rush. When asking for the bill we had to wait 15 minutes to pay, despite the place being quiet. We asked our server twice for the bill and it did not arrive after 15 mins (we needed to get moving at this stage so as not to be late for onward commitments) and they were busy cleaning tables and doing other tasks. I asked another member of staff if they could help; this person was rude to us and stated 'your not the only customer here' I explained we had been waiting 15 mins and just wanted to settle up. At this point the bill arrived and we were pointed towards the counter to pay, the rude member of staff then complained to the person at the till that we were being difficult and had only been waiting 5 mins, just because I don't speak good french doesn't mean I cant understand it being spoken. It's one thing to keep us waiting so long, but saying that to their colleague in front of us, simply unacceptable. There are plenty of other good places to eat...

Im wondering who's the manager or the owner. The staff last year were grade... but this year terrible. The curly girl and the dark boy with thee hat aren't right for the job. You can not show finger out to the customer to wait outside.... like you don't want him. Get a desk out in the reception and tell him to wait..... unbelievable behaviour. Secondly when i order all my stuff together it means....all together....you thickheaded. The answer.... ( You are not alone here) it's not appropriate. Thirdly my money and others covers your salary so find the right answer. Stop this attitude because there is no excuse. I will never visit again although ill be in Morzein for the end of the winter season. Go exactly opposite.. for burger. At least the know how to behave. The attitude..... I don't care......
