So as a Brit this was just absolute madness from the second we opened the door. As a family of 4 we were put on the end of a table for 12 which soon got filled up, there was no room for us to get out and go the toilet we were literally stuck in this end patch for the whole experience. The server who shouted over the other group of people couldn't understand a word we said so dissappeard to find someone else for about 20 minutes, eventually another person came and again we had to shout our order down the table. Don't get me wrong when the food arrived and it was fast (but didn't all come together) it was delicious, absolutely delicious. Home made, fresh and so tasty no complaints at all on that front, but the noise level and the seating arrangements definitely need looking at. We popped back in towards the end of our trip but for a takeaway this time and the food was just as delicious but we did wait in the reception area about 40 minutes for it... One of the best I've had and there is plenty of meat, unlike alot of other pho places I've been to. The staff, in general are quite friendly. Except for one who looks grumpy (the manager or owner??) each time we have been there. Not sure if it was because we can't speak French or because we had a kid with us, but she didn't make us feel welcome at all, hence one...

It had all the necessary features and taste of a decent pho. The star aniseed and beef flavour; the basil leaves, beansprouts, hoisin sauces for the southern flavour. I found the pho noodle a bit chewy for a normal pho and the broth a bit sweet which is normal for pho in the south of Vietnam.
