Stark Factory — Restaurant in Torcy

Walked in, asked if we could take it away straight away because it was 7:30 and the kids where tired so wanted to go back to the hotel asap. The man at front said that isn’t an issue and as soon as we collect our food we can ask for take away boxes when we pay. We went to pay and obviously asked for the take away boxes and the lady serving us, blonde hair skinny, was so extremely rude!!! For Disneyland I expect so much more and for the prices of the food and the tickets etc, it’s meant to be a good experience. She immediately said no you have to eat some first then take it away. We where so confused because we didn’t know why it made any difference. I said, we just want to go back to the hotel and the guy at the front said it was fine. No she was adamant that we had to sit down and eat some first before we got our take away boxes. I said “so if we sit down, take a bite, we can take away?” She said “yes” so I told the kids, go sit down, take a bite and we’ll take it away. She then back tracked her words and said “no you have to eat most of it or we can’t take it away” just being so blunt for no reason and I said I don’t really know why it makes a difference when we’re paying, eating some and taking away. We’re still going to eat it and they’re still going to get their money regardless, it was €58 for a pizza, two pastas and a drink… We sat down, ate as much as we could and then asked for boxes because she wasn’t on the till anymore. And we where able to get our boxes after being sent two three different people. Probably the worst service I’ve ever recieved. Not that the food in Disney Paris is up to much anyway and most servers are blunt but she was just something else. Not to mention she also had a go at the young man that told we could take it away right in front of us and everyone else behind us, absolutely disgusting...

horrible horrible horrible. it’s unfortunate but it seems as though a lot of the paris cast members are rude and not as friendly. I thought that we, as americans, were the “rude” people. This is not like disney world at all. the people are just horrible. the cleaning lady blocks the back section of the restaurant with chairs because she wants to clean while my wife is getting something. and proceeds to block my wife’s path back to me with chairs, implying she couldn’t go and sit with me. the soda machine ran out of syrup but we had already scanned our receipt so I couldn’t use another fountain machine. I had to argue back and forth with another cast member trying to persuade them to let me get a proper fountain drink. Terrible. Given the service and value of the food,...

An absolutely terrible experience. First of all the dough of the pizzas is way too thick compared to the topping. The pasta overcooked and bland sauce mixed with parmesan powder (not freshly graded parmesan flakes). 4 drinks 1 salad 3 pieces of pizza and 1 pasta dish cost : 80 euro! Prices are ridiculous compared to the quality. Then we were told to sit somewhere else (by a very unmotivated staff member) because that area we wanted to sit was closing. But there where no tables left in that area. And then they expect you to tidy up your tray afterwards for that money we spend?
