Boulangerie Cyprien is a testament to the age-old saying: "Good things come in small packages." Situated in my very own neighborhood, this petite bakery is an unassuming gem that consistently draws a crowd – and for good reason.
Their chocolatine is undeniably one of the stars, making it easily one of my top picks in Toulouse. But the allure doesn't end there. The cannelés bordelais is a taste trip to Bordeaux, the croustade aux pommes evokes the warm comfort of home, the white chocolate bread buns are a delightful surprise, and their pain aux raisins? It's a symphony of flavors and textures in every bite.
With no seating inside, the emphasis is clearly on their baked masterpieces, and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. So, if you find yourself on the left bank of the river, take my advice and make a detour to Boulangerie Cyprien. It's not just a bakery; it's a Toulouse culinary experience that's not to be missed....
Read moreIf you’re a foreigner, know that this is easily the best bakery in Toulouse! The desserts and delicious and really beautiful. They don’t have the same desserts and change them up every few days or so. Try their almond croissant it’s amazing! Apparently the owner isn’t very pleasant. I’ve never met him before but everyone else I’ve met working at this bakery have been very polite. They don’t speak English however. It helps just to point and smile 😄 they have 3 small tables for 2 which is nice for foreigner to stop and have some dessert and coffee but there’s no toilet. So far I haven’t tried anything that hasn’t been delicious here so just try anything you fancy, chances are it’ll be very good.

Read moreI read from multiple comments online that this place has the best croissant in all of Toulouse, and I think it’s true! We also enjoyed their baguette a lot, they definitely good with all bread. For their cakes, we had the vanilla chou and the pistachio cake, my husband really liked the former and I absolutely loved the latter. The pistachio was the most natural tasting one I’ve had, the sweetness level was perfect and so was the little citrus accents. Prices were also very reasonable.
In our 4 day stay here, we crossed the bridge to grab pastries here twice and highly considered...
