Between the RER C line and Versailles: we stopped for cafe au lait and croissants. My husband was taking a photo of me near a picture of Marie Antoinette when the proprietor came over, motioned for us to follow, pressed a wall panel, revealing an ornately decorated hidden room! Read moreI would not recommend this cafe. The staff are incredibly unorganized and don’t communicate with customers at all. They don’t speak English, which makes it even harder to ask for help or clarify anything. On top of that, they are very unfriendly and seem uninterested in offering good service. The pace is excruciatingly slow, so be prepared to wait a long time for even the simplest orders. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
