We ate at Bar XV because the server, Aneza, was so hospitable and welcoming to us. She even spoke English and was very happy to have us as customers which we appreciated her warmth. Versailles…we ate at Planche Viande XV….the serveuse, Aneza, was very welcoming and spoke to us in English. Because she was so hospitable so we ate there. Jon had their roquefort burger for 16 euros ….good with fries and salad. i had the menu…tuna salad to start and a fajita with bbq chicken and sauce and salad for 17 euros. The fajita had a bbq sauce iso the the authentic mexican fajita spices while the entree, tuna salad was just a mixed canned tuna with some white and green onions. Dad had a side order of fries for 6 euros which was very crunchy and hot. Wine 25cl at 5 euros and blonde beer 50 cl at 4.50euros. After spending the morning at chateau de Versailles we chose this place for our lunch break. It was really busy so we thought it must be really good! And it was 😊 Burger my husband took was really delicious and interesting while I must say my salad was the best I ever had in any restaurant ever! It was caesar salad but quite different than any other I tried - it had cucumbers, tomatoes, dried tomatoes, olives and the dressing did not have the mayonnaise which is 10/10 for me because I don’t like it. Food was great, amazing burgers, but we had the worst possible waiter; no idea on what was in the menu, moved us from the initial table 3 min after we sat down, got the wrong beers. She never came back to the table, after finishing our meal we had to go to the bar and pay and the guy had no idea what we've ordered.
