Tetnuldi — Hotel in Mestia

We were unfortunate enough to have THREE nights at this hotel which is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.||The only good thing was the view from the room if you happen to have one of the two on the top floor overlooking the village. Most overlook a noisy building site.||Firstly the room, there were lots of windows but sadly no curtains so difficult to get to sleep. The bathroom toilet leaked, the sink wasn’t attached to the wall. The room was never made up/cleaned||No bedside lights,||One thin sheet with holes covering the hard mattress , one lumpy pillow.||Secondly the ‘restaurant’, horrible, horrible, horrible ! ||Tables so close together you can’t sit down, self service with long queue so that when you finally get to the food it’s all gone, the little we had was disgusting and included a bowl of rotten fruit, so we had to eat out every meal after our first half board experience. ||Lastly the staff. If was very difficult to find any at all and when you finally did, they were rude, uninterested and useless. There was no sign of any manager , we asked to see them but it appears there is none. Once we found the staff playing backgammon with their mates and another time playing ping pong again with their mates in the clients lounge instead of serving the customers with the music turned up so loud we couldn’t get to sleep. ||To top it off we were told we had to move room as the prime minister if Georgia was coming and that was his allocated room||Even though we’d booked 18 months ago. First visit to this hotel I already had a feeling something is wrong. We decided to have lunch on their terrace for the view. Was hugely disappointed|First of all, the food came only 57 minutes after we placed the order. They brought water and compot in 10 minutes, but we had to wait for a long time to get the food.|When we started to complain we were met with indifference and ignorance. Frustrated we were about to leave when the salad came. We decided to stay since the food started to arrive, only to discover their food is not edible, the salads are either tasteless or too salty, the meat is chewy and bad. Finally the bill arrived that included 10% service charge for a guy who only showed up once, except bringing the food. Totally disappointed and will never come back...

Anyone who thinks to reservations!!!

Tonight, I called to "Hotel Tetnuldi " to speak white my family for SOS urgently. Everything was fine until I told I'm calling from Israel . Then she just hung up the call in my face !!! I was sure it was a mistake, so I called again, but every time she heard me she hung up. no matter where you are coming in, hatred and racism based on complete ignorance What in the world leads me to the conclusion that I do not wish to receive service that Hotel Tetnuldi . employees who think that not getting the visitors equally. We are tourists who come to look forward to traveling in Georgia loving attributed as the country and your wonderful people...
