Mestia Panorama — Hotel in Mestia

This is the best place to stay in Mestia. It's really close to the city center and far from the noise of the road. The views from the dining room are amazing and I'll remember my afternoons sitting there in front of the window. The place is very well built, very good materials everywhere, something not common in Georgia (AFAIK). Rooms are big, clean and very well finished.: wood, good mattresses and big bathroom. You have access to a very rich kitchen when you can cook and store your food, there's a fridge too And the service is the best of everything, Jessi and her husband are super friendly, close and helpful. A great base location for the Mestia - Ushguli trip. This guesthouse has superb view of the towers of Mestia.

Our hosts were really friendly (and have a super cute smiley kiddo). Perfect communication in Georgian and English. They also let us keep my car safely nearby for the 4 days whilst we did the hike.

The rooms are relatively basic. But hot shower was great. Electrical plugs near the bed made for good experience for charging phones/cameras. The shared kitchen / dining area is perfect for evening games/drinks too.

And the provided breakfast was good to help us power up for the first hike...

I stayed in three hotels in Mestia, and this one was by far the best—definitely a hidden gem! The deluxe double room had an incredible view of the village, and honestly, it was less than half the price of similar rooms elsewhere.
