Rooms are spacious + beds are comfy. But when I booked I asked for and was told I would be given a room with a view … this was not the case.

I had to work and it wasn’t possible with the horrible shared WiFi.

The bathroom was big BUT the toilet was strangely placed that you couldn’t sit on it straight bc your knees hit the shower … but there was plenty of room to have placed the toilet a couple feet to the left.

My room faced a house (or multiple homes) that were loud with screaming children, yelling adults and loud music.

Sooooo it wasn’t really an enjoyable experience nor worth the money.

If you don’t care about noise or WiFi- the location is great. But if you don’t get a room with a view, it’s disappointing to pay the higher price.

The restaurant has a great view but I wasn’t wowed with it. Portions were inconsistent. Service was standard but servers...

Stayed here for 3 nights, very comfortable and clean rooms with good space, the balcony is too small and useless , breakfast is good enough for 3 stars hotel, the restaurant and the terrace have an amazing view with really good food for decent prices and awesome friendly staff, I did not eat any where else in mestia it was the best view there with the best service.

I’d like to mention the lady at the breakfast area and thank her for her good manners especially when I accidentally used the spoon from the sugar’s bowl to mix my coffee she handled that “incident” with good attitude I hope the management sends my regards and thank her for me :)

TLDR; good hotel & i would stay here again if i’m ever...

A small and new hotel.||The hotel is of a medium level, but compared to the hotels in Mestia it is definitely good.||We stayed there for two nights. We had to enter the room we got from the back, on a road that was still being worked on, so we also had to go through the mud, which made it difficult to move the luggage to it. There is a kind of small lobby shared by three rooms.||The room itself is spacious and tidy, and can fit a couple with a child.||The shower and toilet were fine.||The dining room on the fourth floor was clean. Dinner and breakfast were reasonable.||The hotel does not have an arranged parking lot, but you can park in the nearby street.||The view from the hotel is...
