If you look at some of my other reviews I am pretty forgiving because I have worked in the service trade myself. But the treatment I received from the staff there was unacceptable.
As I was looking for alternative options for eating nearby I asked the staff for their WiFi password. The women barked at me very fast the password so it took me a couple of goes to actually understand it.
I needed conformation from another member of staff to make sure I had the right password. If your greeter for your restaurant is so terse it really gives a bad reputation for your restaurant.

Read moreWe came here with two hungry children and politely asked a person who was sitting alone on a table for 12 or 14 people if we (two adults and two children) could join him. He agreed but nobody came to bring the menue. So we asked the waiter. What happened then was bizarre. The waiter refused to serve us and so I asked someone else at a bar who was speaking english. He then explained that they will not serve us any food or drinks because we were sitting at a table that was already taken. Well, I'm German and lived in Bavaria for more than 13 Years. Not exactly the spirit of a REAL Bavarian Brauhaus, haha. I wish them good luck with their business and recommend anybody else who cares for Bavarian hospitality and traditions simply to stay away...
