TL;DR- Dont ever have them deliver to you, they are actually very bad at it. Cant say much about the food because I never got it.
This is a long one, bear with me. Working a ten hour shift. I'm outdoor for 12+ hours a day so most days I end up ordering fast food, it arrives quick and I can call it a day early. Deciding to eat something healthier last night, I order dumplings (gyoza) and one noodle dish from Sushico on Wolt. I was particularly skeptical about their system of self delivery, but still go with the order. Once I place it, I see it's going to take about an hour, but the restaurant was also about 20-25 minutes away, so reasonable. I get a call exactly an hour after I've placed my order, he speaks in georgian, so as broken as my Georgian was, I let him know he should be getting to the front entrance of my building, as I'm inaccessible from the back entrance. Google maps auto-pins the location on the back entrance of the building, which is why I always mention the delivery man to approach the front entrance. But the delivery misunderstands, which is followed by me having to explain in my poor Georgian, and his poor English, that he's at the wrong gate, and that he's supposed to be coming to the front of the building to reach me by the calling phone. This goes on for at least 40 minutes, within which I also try to communicate with him via WhatsApp messaging. After multiple calls, I wait a little longer and see there's no more response from him, then I decide to call the restaurant. They have no idea where the courier is but still lie and tell me its close, getting my hopes high. Even more time passes, they stop responding to my calls after I try their number multiple times. Feeling helpless, I contact Wolt, where I get told that the restaurant is unreachable as they've closed up for the night. I placed the order at 2.24 and was given clarity by wolt at 6.08 that nothing can be done as they are closed at the moment. In total, I haven't been trolled this hard by a restaurant and it was almost 4 hours. The consequences of their actions followed me to the next day, I was late to work and fined, I just hope this place runs out of business.

But how lucky I was that your restaurant has such dedicated and customer-oriented staff, like Luka! He didn’t leave me hungry and frustrated on this rainy night—my Philadelphia set (which, by the way, tasted excellent) finally made it to me.
