Dreizehn — Restaurant in Augsburg

I really appreciate restaurants that only offer vegan dishes, but in this case I can only advise against it, also because in Germany there are much more valid places. Here below the reasons: we waited over an hour to eat we ordered a mussaka and two pasta with "green pesto" because the other dishes on the menu were pratically all not present we received pasta with "red pesto" instead of "green pesto". We pointed this out to the waiter (the same who had taken the orders) and he was more confused tha us. We did not send them back only because we were waiting for a lot of time. And this was a simple pasta with tomato. prices too high for quality and quantity (15 euro for a pasta with tomato, 15 euro for a little lentil pie, 3 euro for a glass of tap water - the later not written in the menu) no one has ever asked us how our meal was proceeding (and our waiting) and when I expressly exposed our dissatisfaction to the manager, he did not seem in the least interested or surprised you can only pay in cash and there...

Dieses Cafe kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Es wirkt auf mich wie eine Absteige. Der Eingangsbereich sieht zugemüllt aus, es schlägt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Lokal. Wir wurden erst nach 2 Minuten herumstehen begrüßt und wollten wissen, wo wir uns mit Kinderwagen platzieren können. Die Bedienung schien absolut unbegeistert von der Kinderwagen-Sache. Wir wurden statt an einem freien Einzeltisch, der eindeutig Platz bot, zwischen zwei volle Tische platziert, an dem wir zu viert fast keinen Platz hatten. Das Licht am Tisch flackerte ununterbrochen und die Musik war extrem penetrant und nervig meines Empfindens nach. Das Interieur ist für mich einfach heruntergekommen, abgewetzt und die Bänke waren schon wackelig. Es scheint auch massiv zu ziehen. Das kann man auch anderen Bewertungen entnehmen. Auf der Karte gab es nur ein einziges warmes Gericht. All diese Faktoren wurden übertroffen, als zwei Leute sich neben unseren Tisch stellten und penetrant warteten, dass wir diesen verlassen. Anscheinend wurden einfach weitere Gäste an unseren Tisch platziert, noch bevor wir bestellt hatten. Wir sind ohne Bestellung gegangen, weil es einfach eine unfassbar unangenehme heruntergekommen wirkende Atmosphäre war. Wir wurden hier behandelt, als wären wir unerwünscht (ob es am Kinderwagen lag weiß ich nicht, aber wir vermuten es). Im nächsten Restaurant wurden wir freundlich begrüßt mit "Hallo ihr vier" und nicht wegen des Kindes skeptisch betrachtet... Wir finden, dass das Restaurant nichts mit den Versprechen auf der Webseite...

Interesting different Veggie dishes are available from breakfast to late afternoon, besides some of them are small portions but provided good size for us.
