Heyzel Coffee Rathausplatz — Restaurant in Augsburg

Ich war mit meiner Mutter heute hier zum ersten und letzten mal.ich möchte bitte ein White mocca Cappuccino bestellen. Er meinte gross oder klein ich sagte gross,dazu bitte ein Milka Muffin, was als einziger Milka Muffin in der Theke steht, würde ich vom überforderten Mitarbeiter sehr grob angepöpelt.welcher denn jetzt.das schlimmste war als er 13' noch was sagte ,wohlgemerkt erst dreißig sagte weil er der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig war zahlte ich 13' nochwas.wollte dann Trinkgeld rein tun und suchte links neben der Kasse Kleingeld,und er aber sofort meine Mutter aufforderte nach links zu gehen, obwohl genug Platz an der Kasse war entschied ich mich anders.Die grösste Frechheit war als ich fragte warum 13,noch was ob der Muffin 8€ koste er behauptete ich hätte 2 mal Cappuccino mocca bestellt, was ich und meine Mutter beneinten, fing er an mich zu mutmassen dass das nicht stimmt, obwohl die nicht mal angefangen haben es zu machen.die Kollegin gab mir 5,10€ zurück weil er sich nicht mit der Kasse auskannte . Dann ließ er nicht los und hat mich von Kasse aus ,obwohl ich schon am Tisch 10 Meter entfernt saß, noch angepöbelt, vor anderen Kunden.Ich sagte dann forsch,weil er keine Ruhe gab,ich wolle mit IHM nicht diskutieren, sagte er laut an der Kasse vor anderen Kunden IDIOT zu mir.Solche Leute sollte Mann nicht an die...

I just dislike the fact that many of the drinks are sold in recycled plastic cups. They should improve on this fact for a better environment.

to the answer that the cups are made of PLA. that's not even better for the environment. PLA can just be recycled in the intended recycling circles. there're still getting burned to generate heath. is there no...

While the coffee was fine, the staff was enormously unmotivated and almost did not say a word while preparing coffee (it was a Sunday...). There are no spoons available and they only serve in one-way cups even if you stay at the place. So there are a few things to be improved personell-wise.

The place looked nice though and played...
