I got the Thai special for lunch, which was chicken Thai curry with rice for 10 euros. First and foremost, it was tasty! The chicken pieces were juicy and flavorful. Anytime I order chicken Thai curry in the Bay Area, they always give me dry chicken breast meat. But here, the meat was not neglected and the curry taste excellent. The curry reminded me more of Vietnamese style rather than Thai—sweeter taste. I believe the owners are Vietnamese because 1. They had Viet music playing in the restaurant 2. I heard the owner bickering in Vietnamese lol This place is family owned and friendly. I saw their school aged son stop by for a quick lunch before walking back to school. How much more family can that get?

Secondly, the prices are reasonable. Next time I will try their soups. I am visiting in snowy December so I could imagine their soups would hit the right spot for me.

Five stars for timely service, cleanliness,...

good location, but it is not really what I've expected from a Chinese restaurant, we ordered some normal Chinese family dishes, however the soupe added too much gourmet powder, then the tofu is too sour, maybe they have put the tofu too long in the refrigerator, we choose not to eat the tofu to avoid a future stomachache(see the pics). The most imprehensible is that the boss doesn't speak Chinese nor English, I tried to speak with the cook who speaks Chinese, he said that they used a certain Korean tofu which is just more sour than the Chinese one, trust me, never heard of that, and found nothing on google. The rice is good, the vegetables are normal. At last avoid...

This place has many great qualities - kind staff, quick service, reasonable prices, very generous portions and lovely position in the town of Baden Baden. Unfortunately the food I ordered was not on par with these qualities I am describing. I ordered the black bean beef with rice to take away. The meal was big which was great, however the black bean flavour was very strong and over powering and the vegetables tasted a little bit off which prevented me from finished my meal. There was also so much sauce that my vegetables were drowned in it. I don’t think I will return to eat at this restaurant, at least definitely not for the...
