NORDSEE Baden-Baden Gernsbacher Straße — Restaurant in Baden-Baden

The food was just average , nothing exceptional. But what really ruined the experience was the unbelievably rude service. One of the waiters, an older German man with a beard, was extremely rude and aggressive. He only spoke German and made no effort at all to help us understand. Even when we asked simple, polite questions, like where to put our plates, he responded in a very aggressive and unnecessarily harsh tone, even to my father, who was being completely respectful.

His attitude was not just unprofessional, it was hostile. He repeated things in German loudly and impatiently, clearly not caring if we understood or not. Honestly, it felt like he was being rude on purpose. It’s as if they know their food isn’t great, so they try to compensate with arrogance.

We won’t be coming back. Being treated with such disrespect completely overshadowed...

The bald guy who is serving the food “shouted” us and stared very badly.. He is very rude and not even say sorry!! This restaurant is ZERO in terms of service.. Reading other comments seems its not new to the management and i think NORDSEE corporate value to be rude with customers? Even the lady in the cashier was totally respectless.. NORDSEE, are your franchise managerS trained to serve client in proper manner??

After this comment, the NORDSEE Company asks me to give more details of my rating and my lack of satisfaction with there service. To this, I say:

1. Do not make me work harder. Yo have enough hints from me and other users to understand that you have a service problem. If you want to rock the boat instead of getting down to work to solve it, that is your choice.
