We didn't enjoy this dinner. Neither the service nor the food lived up to our expectations. The service was slow, with stressed waiters who forgot one of our drinks, and at times they were not at all available or anywhere to be seen, only to see them around the corner talking amongst themselves and not attending to the customers.

When we received our burrata salad it looked like it had been hastily thrown together (not at all like the nice photo here on google maps), but more importantly both the burrata cheese and the tomatoes were incredibly cold. If you've ever eaten burrata, you know it's best served at room temperature. It most certainly came straight out of the fridge. The bread that came with the salad was very cold and drenched in oil, didn't seem fresh at all. Also, the salad was missing basil (despite being part of the menu) and after asking they brought us a bunch of dry & wilting basil leaves that looked more than sad. We asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar, but only received the latter.

After we finished the salad, it took the waiters over 20 mins to remove the plates, and only after I had asked them twice. Then we we had to wait almost an hour to receive our pizzas. My pizza was fine (parma 24) - but definitely not extraordinary, but my partner did not like his onion and tuna pizza at all. He was very disappointed.

When asking for spicy oil they came with a small amount of oil in a container and said that is all they have left for the evening. Quite shocking - wouldn't they have realised days earlier and stocked up properly?

We received a bill of 60 EUR for a salad to share, two alcohol free beers, a lemonade, and two pizzas. It was definitely not worth this experience. When they asked for our feedback we were honest (but brief) and they did not offer anything to compensate. We were not even offered a digestif - something that is customary at Italian...

We went in for an impromptu date night and walked it without reservations, and the host was able to find us a table even though the restaurant was quite crowded. We were seated outdoors, considering the weather was perfect, and ordered the following:

Drinks: Mai Tai: Flavourful on the outside and robust on the inside. What kicked this out of the park was the alcohol-soaked half-lime that was garshinsed with sugar. The drink was quite a refreshing experience. Long Island Ice Tea: Nothing went wrong here. Robust, flavourful and potent! 😬

Starters: Mixed antipasti: This came on a platter with a burrata in the center and an assortment of meat, cheese, olives, greens, and bread around it—a perfect pair for the drinks we ordered.

Mains: White Tiger: we ordered this after a staunch recommendation from our host, Mariam, and boy, this hit it out of the park. The fresh garlic cream base on a pizza was just refreshing, and the prawns blended in perfectly for the flavor it delivered in your mouth. Each bite of the slice was just excellent.

Dessert: Tiramisu: Again, this came as a recommendation from Miriam. It's a perfectly made, hard-hitting dessert. The right portion of cream blends in with a richly coffee-soaked base!

Kudos Time: 🎉 Two special people deserve kudos for making our date night a memorable one—the host who found and led us to our table despite us walking in without reservations. Secondly, Mariam deserves a special mention for being at the top of that recommendation game. Mariam’s recommendations created an unforgettable culinary experience that left a lasting impression on us.

We are looking forward to revisiting this...

Took my friends to eat vegan pizza there ,cause i liked it last time. We ordered wine bottle they bring one glass, than two bottles , after they brought the so claimed vegan pizza one was vegan and the second one i had suspicion that the mozarella was normal mozarella. And i was right! The waiter even said that there is not supposed to be mozarella there at all. They went to change the pizza and brought a new one : dry pizza now completely without a sauce and with raw potatoes on it. I asked where is the sauce ? He brought me the vegan sauce separately :D After asking for chilli and garlic oil they gave me empty garlic oil 2 times :D i was already laughting how is this Service possible. I didn’t eat that pizza in the end and they didn’t charge me for it ( as they ofcourse shouldn’t ) and the manager gave me 10% discount which i have to ask for otherwise they didnt even care. And he was rolling his eyes. I was dissapointed cause i choose the place specifically to show my Italian friends make pictures and they treat us like that. Not suitable for vegans to go. They dont care about vegan even if they write it on the menu. If you charge 16€ for a pizza and claim to be a vegan pizza than make it like that not that a customer has to give back the same pizza twice and in the end i won’t even get it correctly at all…that never happened to me in any restaurant before. And after all that mess he gave 10% discount which i had to beg for 🤣 and he said that he didnt charge me for the pizza ( i didnt even eat it cause it had raw potato on it even after two attempts to make it correctly)...

Sat down and ordered a pizza, because I saw how good looking it was and the place seemed nice. They took my order and then around 20 people sat down after me, each one of them got their pizza before me, then people still kept coming and ordered and got their pizzas before me, I had to ask multiple times until after 45 minutes I was the last one who got my pizza served to me. Worst and most awful feeling and I won’t be sitting here or supporting this business anymore. If this is how they treat their customers, then I am not willing to even spend 1 cent. Service is beyond awful. How you make me be the last person to get my pizza served???? Because I am on my own and y’all see other people being 2-4 and together and prioritize them instead of me???? What kind of horrific service is that? It doesn’t even matter how the pizza tastes when the service is this awful. Imagine sitting and being hungry just to see everyone else getting served before you even though they came 20 minutes later!!! I’ve lost all appetite to eat. I saw 15+ pizzas getting served before I even got to ask where is mine. The pizza is not that good for the price. Normal taste, clean served, good looking. From 60 seconds Neapolitan to 45 Minutes. At the end I look at the waiter while she walks past by and ask her if I can pay just for her to pretend she didn’t see me and ignore me. Service is below 0 here. The cherry on top Is the 5 euros extra charge for Buratta 1 piece of cheese in the middle!!
