To make a long story short, one star is too much for this restaurant. We were a group of 11 people and the restaurant was pretty crowded. Therefore, the waiter suggested us to opt the mixed plates so that all the foods get served together and no one has to wait for food. He also said the price will be more reasonable by ordering mixed dishes because starters are also included and we don’t have to pay for them separately. The portions are big, so each mixed plate is sufficient for at least two people, together with starters it’s more than enough. In addition, we didn’t have many options left, because many foods on the menu weren’t available anymore. So we trusted him, what a bad mistake! We ordered 4 mixed dishes. 232.5€ and 238.5 €. The food was served, the portions were too small, meat was raw and absolutely plain with no marination, even no salt and pepper. We wanted to order desserts but again, the options on the menu weren’t available anymore. When we asked for the bill, we were shocked by the price. 545€ Euro for raw unmarinated meat and we were still hungry!!! We could buy 5 sheep with that money! We asked for a detailed bill so it was provided. They included 50€ tip without asking us! When asked if it’s mandatory, they initially confirmed it. We googled and found out it wasn’t mandatory to pay tips and showed them the law so they had to accept. They charged us with starters 3 times but they were supposed to be included in the mixed plates!!! They also charged us for breads and salads that we never ordered but they brought to the table. Therefore, we thought breads and salads were part of the starters and also included in the mixed plates. How can you serve yoghurt as starter without bread?! They charged us for rice plates, which came along the mixed plates but we never ordered them either, so we thought they are also part of the mixed plates. The worst part was that they charged us for each mixed dish twice, claiming that the portions were twice as big as standard portions. Didn’t you just say each mixed plate is enough for at least 2 people?! They insisted that they already explained everything in advanced and we were all well-informed. How can one waiter explain something and all 11 customers understand something else commonly?! We asked to talk to managers, but they also repeated the same nonsense. Needless to say, the whole staff were rude. So to make a long story short, if you wanna be ripped off and ruin your entire day, this restaurant is the perfect place for you!
