How difficult is it to make a Cheeseburger with No Ketchup and No Mustard. Apparently Close to Impossible for German Burger Makers. This seems to be A Brain Blockage as Germans believe A Burger isn’t a Burger without Mustard Mayo or Ketchup. For the third time in less than 10 visits I have Ketchup where It was Specifically Asked Not To Be! I prefer to Taste the Food Not the Condiment. Plus the Hidden Sugar in Ketchup will Blow Your Mind. So Needless to Say I Pick Up my burger After a 20 minute Wait Drive home 12 minutes only To See my Biggest fear. I should Have known when I smelled the Distinct Aroma in the car. but said to myself, surely They Didn’t. But They Did. So now I’ll have to return tomorrow With the cold burger and fries. Yes Tomorrow as this ‘Mistake’ was Made near closing time. 10pm??? Just give me what I ask for is All I Ask. And what I Paid For More Importantly. Three Strikes. As in Baseball. You’re Out.

I did return the Burger at the Exact time I purchased yesterday. The ‘Manager’ all of a sudden didn’t Speak Any English. Nor German as I spoke clearly Ohne Senf Ohne Ketchup on both occasions. And All previous visits. To Act Like I’m Indistinguishable is the Very Reason I don’t further pursue the language. When Germans don’t want to Apologize or Admit Fault they Get Amnesia. And Pretend they Don’t Understand only to blame It on your lack of language Expertise. Whilst most speak with Heavy Usage of Slang….. Alter.

** the replacement burger was A Single Cheeseburger and I Paid For a Double. So I Still Didn’t get what I Paid...

Since its opening, I grab a Burger here once in a while. While it was never living up to the hype, and I can't understand the massive positive reviews here, it was decent and good enough to grab a quick bite, though the Quality of the Service differed massively.

Yesterday I ate a Cheeseburger and Fries and was massively disappointed. The Burgerpatty was tasteless and unseasoned. I couldn't taste the Cheese. But what I could taste were big and spicy chunks of Onions, which overwhelmed everything else. The Bun was very dry and while it might looked like a Soft Bun, it was dry and tasted cheap. The Fries were unseasoned and the Mayonnaise and Ketchup are watery and cheap. I personally believe that the Quality of the Ingredients and Products used, got gradually cheaper and cheaper with more Hype they got. Regarding the Service: Don't expect anything. Even while they only had three other customers, they forgot nearly everything, from the Condiments, to the right Order...etc. The People working in this Place are highly unmotivated, lack proper Communication Skills. Not the first time, but I could ignore it if the food is somewhat satisfying. I do not recommend anyone coming here. Grab a Burger somewhere else or save your Money. I give 2 Stars for the Ambiente, because it is quite nice to eat a Burger on a sunny day at Wittenbergplatz. Unfortunately it's being pulled down by...

Came by since lots of friends has been posting about them.. came hungry.. tried to order.. their cashier was not friendly at all.. didnt feel professionalism here.

Just some dude forced to work.. smh..

Ordered a double cheese.. and fries..

One extra star definitely goes to the production time.. pretty quick. But that was most of my positive comments here..

Lets talk about the food taste and quality.. fries crispy.. a little too crunchy.. they must have been tripple fried.. old oil taste.. felt like i was eating lays chips..

Burger.. first bite interesting.. thought it was juicy.. nah just drenched in oil.. didnt taste much of the meat. Sadly.. nice was the pickles .. at least getting some taste beside the oil..

Unfortunately ill not return due to my stomach upsets after that oil bath..

I'd be more pleased if reduced the Grease.

But yah.. some people like it that way..
