Berlin Burrito Company — Restaurant in Berlin

Used to be the one of the best Burrito place in the neighbourhood till few months back..Not anymore!!

Am having food at this store of BBC for more than 4 years and always loved the Burritos. Today was my second visit within a week, earlier I used to go there even more frequently.

Looking at the changes in price and quality over last 2 years, experience is only getting worse. Hiked prices are still justified given the increase in costs. But after hiking prices, it seems the next strategy is to reduce quantity and compromising on the quality of food.

My experience over recent 3-4 visits: The quantity of Normal Burrito is reduced to what they used serve as mini-burrito few weeks back, and mini-burrito has become micro now. Today I got some tiny bones as well in Burrito which never ever happened.

Don’t think I would go again anytime soon 🙁🙁. I guess would be better to hike price once again rather than disappointing customers with...

This one is a difficult one to review. I came three times in a period of a few weeks. I had the same self-selected vegetarian soy burritos every time. The first two times they were really good. The third time it was bad. Like really bad. And to top it off, I found a hair in the rice. It was towards the end of the day so perhaps the ingredients were just not fresh anymore. But the hair did turn me off. I am not sure I can come back. Probably better hygiene practices (and checks) would go a long way in most restaurants in Berlin anyway. I find the city to be a bit too lax in this way. Especially for a city with so many privately owned and run restaurants and bars everywhere. I was so happy to finally have found a great burrito place...

Horrible service. Would not recommend ordering from this place. I ordered via Wolt and got the wrong Burrito Bowl. I could not eat that specific bowl so I informed them about the issue. After providing the photos, I was granted a 2€ refund even though the order was around 12€. I said that I will not be eating the food so I expect a full refund. They offered to send someone from their store to pick up the food after 2 hours (it was already 10PM) and said I would get a refund, even though I have already provided proof that the food wasn’t eaten. I declined as I didn’t see it appropriate. Never ordering from this...
