고객에게 많이 관심이 없어보여 친절하다는 느낌보다는 편하게 쇼핑하고 귀가하였음. 하지만 상품 불량이 있어서 다음날 다시 방문하여 같은 상품을 교환 하였고 추가로 물건 구매함. 그런데 상품이 마음에 안들어서 다른 디자인으로 교환하기 위해 다시 방문했는데 키작고 파마머리인 남자직원이 또바꾸러 왔냐고 불쾌한 티를 냄. 같은 상품이 아닌 다른 상품 교환하러 온 것인데 알지도 못하면서 표정을 찌푸렷고 우리가 독일어를 모르는줄 알고 여직원과 둘이 독일어로 조잘거림. 우리는 독일어를 알아들을 수 있었고 상황 설명을 했지만 정책을 들먹이며 또다시 불쾌함을 티냄. 우리 얼굴 구분도 못하는 서양 남자직원이 동양인이라는 이유로 이런 태도를 보인다고 생각함. 결국 교환도 했고 나는 추가적으로 상품을 또 구매 했지만 택스리펀도 안되는 명성있는 브랜드에서 이런식으로 나와서 기분이 몹시 나빴음. 힙하다는게 불친절함의 의미가 아닐텐데 우리가 사기를 치는 것도 아니고 내돈주고 구매한 물건을 정당하게 교환하겠다는건데 무턱대고 따지는 태도로 나와서 상당히 화가남. 세일기간이여서 50만원 넘게 구매했지만 다 환불하고싶을 만큼의 최악의 서비스를 제공하는 매장이라고 생각함.
I didn't seem very interested in customers, so I went shopping comfortably and returned home rather than feeling kind. However, there was a defect in the product, so the next day I visited and exchanged the same product and purchased additional items. However, I didn't like the product, so I visited again to exchange it for a different design, but a short, perm-haired male employee made an unpleasant appearance. I came here to exchange products other than the same product, but I frowned without knowing it, and I thought we didn't know German, so I chatted with a female employee in German. We were able to understand German and explained the situation, but again showing displeasure by citing policy. I think a Western male employee who can't distinguish our faces is showing this attitude because he is Asian. Eventually, I exchanged them and I bought additional products, but I felt very bad about coming out of a reputable brand that didn't even have tax refund. Hipness doesn't mean unkindness, but it's not like we're cheating, but we're just going to exchange what we bought with our own money, but I'm quite angry because it comes out as a reckless attitude. I bought more than 500,000 won because it was on sale, but I think it is the store that provides the worst service that I want to refund all of it.

Aber es gab einen Mangel an Waren, so dass wir am nächsten Tag erneut Sie besuchten und tauschten die gleichen Waren aus und kauften zusätzlich. Aber das Produkt gefiel mir nicht, so dass ich wieder zu Besuch kam, um es gegen ein anderes Design auszutauschen, aber es gab einen unangenehmen Hinweis, dass ein kleiner, permiger männlicher Angestellter kam, um es wieder zu tauschen. Wir kamen, um Waren auszutauschen, die nicht die gleichen Waren waren, aber wir hatten ein Gesicht, das wir nicht einmal wussten, und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiterinnen, die dachten, wir würden kein Deutsch sprechen, schwatzen auf Deutsch. Wir konnten die deutsche Sprache verstehen und erklärten die Situation, aber wir haben die Politik aufgegriffen und wieder unsere Unzufriedenheit zum Ausdruck gebracht. Ich denke, dass ein westlicher Mitarbeiter, der nicht einmal unsere Gesichter unterscheiden kann, diese Haltung zeigt, weil er asiatisch ist. Am Ende gab es einen Austausch und ich kaufte zusätzlich ein Produkt, aber ich fühlte mich schrecklich schlecht, weil ich so von einer seriösen Marke, die nicht einmal Taxripun ist, kam. Hip zu sein bedeutet nicht, dass wir unfreundlich sind, aber es ist nicht so, dass wir betrügerisch sind, sondern dass wir das, was wir gekauft haben, richtig austauschen werden, aber es ist ziemlich wütend, weil es so unhöflich ist. My friend purchased several items and she found that one of her cap was crooked, she went to change to another product which is not distorted, but still a same model. The staff said that it is the problem of that product, so she could change it naturally. And today, we revisited the store to change her another hat to a different model, since it was a present for her friend, she was just trying to be considerate.
