Food We had a Salat and some dumpling-like fried thingies as starters and then a rice dish with veggies and rice and a big soup. The duck was a bit firm and cooked well-done. We normally prefer when it's a bit more tender and still a bit pink inside. Soup was okay but nothing crazy special. I really liked the starter salat. The dumplings that were supposed to come with a fish paste filling were very flat though and we considered them not quite what we had expected.

Overall value - okay, but given all the options in Berlin... We would probably try a different place next time.

Erst einmal vorweg die Preise sind sehr moderat. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir am Ende noch einen Obstteller und Kaffe - Bonbons bekommen haben. Das Essen ist an sich gute, jedoch hatte der Salat ein seltsam blumiges Aroma, was auf Dauer etwas unangenehm würde. Letzteres Trifft sowohl auf meine Hauptspeise als auch auf meine Vorspeise zu. Bei der Vorspeise, panierte Garnelen, muss ich bemängeln, dass es sich bei der Soße leider um eine einfache süß-sauer-Soše handelt, außerdem befand sich zu viel Panade um den Garnelen, sodass man weder deren Form erkennen konnte, als auch den Geschmack der Garnelen noch gut auskosten konnte. Die Hauptspeise hat mich dann doch wieder überrascht, auch wenn sie einfach war. Das Fleisch war sehr einfach angebraten, aber neben dem leicht würzigen Dressing machte das nicht mehr aus. Die Beilagen waren machten das Gericht zu einem sehr guten Sommergericht.

Zusammenfassend ein sehr einfaches Restaurant, dass ohne viele Kniffe und Tricks ein simples und schnelles Essen liefert. Es geht hierbei nicht um Kreativität oder hingabe. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant für einen schnelles leichtes Mittagessen,...

Had the bun Bo hue. They warned me it would be spicy... I though yeah, that's how it's supposed to be, awesome. Well it wasn't really spicy, it wasn't even the right color: the broth was clear rather than red, not even matching the picture on the wall. It was bland overall, the beef was tough and chewy. Yeah so just pretty standard for Berlin maybe but disappointing...
