I am really disappointed by my food today. I have ordered from them 4 times and was happy with what I received until today’s order. (If you’re curious I would put the other orders at a solid 4 stars)
Today was a failure on every level. With the chicken+guacamole burger I ordered the chicken was overcooked, and I just have to ask: why are they putting mayo on a sandwich with guacamole? I know this is on me, since the top of the burger menu says you’ll do it. But... Seriously. Why? Who thought that was a good flavor combination.
The “chili cheese fries - con carne” were unsalted, the chili con carne was under seasoned and dry. Also, why put beans in chili going on fries. It’s just a bad texture and mouthfeel to combine fries and beans. Also, the corn doesn’t add anything positive.
The sour cream we paid extra for was weirdly sweet and almost had a whipped cream consistency. No idea what happened there.
While I would hesitate to order from them again, I’ll just say maybe this was a one time failure (although that mayo with guacamole, and beans in chili going on fries are just nitpicks and permanent menu...

They had a 2 for 1 offer on the single smash burger for 8.5€, we added an extra patty (2.8€) for each of the burgers bringing the total up to 14.1€ for the 2 burgers. We then doubled the order, to get 4 burgers in total, for which we paid 28.2€. We should’ve gotten 4 double patty burgers but we just got 2! And then when I called to explain, the guy on the phone refused to hear me out. I believe they got the order wrong from lieferando, which isn’t their fault. But I was trying to get him to understand the issue by explaining the price I paid for the burgers... however, he refused to hear me out and told me to go get my issue fixed with lieferando instead! Read moreVisited last week for lunch. The wait time was around 15/20 minutes. I had a takeout order. The burger was okay and the fries didn't taste good to me.
The receptionist gave me the invoice. I later realized that it wasn't the invoice but the card charge slip. I went in the evening, the same day, and the person on the counter said to visit tomorrow as he can't operate the machine. (It wasn't the same guy who took order).
I went the next day, and now it was the same guy who took the order. He said I should have come yesterday as they clear orders from the machine everyday in the morning.
