I recently had the chance to dine at Pastabar Gianni Gillone, and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary experience! From the moment I entered, the warm and welcoming ambiance made me feel right at home.

The menu is a pasta lover’s dream, offering a wide array of delicious options. I decided to try the pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and it did not disappoint. The pasta was freshly made and cooked to al dente perfection, while the ragu was rich, hearty, and bursting with flavor.

My friends tried the spinach and ricotta ravioli and the classic spaghetti carbonara. Both dishes were outstanding, with the ravioli being delicate yet full of flavor, and the carbonara being creamy and perfectly seasoned.

Es hätte der Beginn einer langjährigen Freundschaft werden können… Ich kenne diese Salumeria schon seit Jahren vom sehen,ich kaufe gegenüber meine Sneaker. Gestern war es dann soweit,es war Sommer,das Restaurant war auf der Schattenseite,die Stimmung war wunderbar…im vorbeigehen sahen wir die Teller der anderen Gäste und entschieden uns dort draußen zu sitzen und zu essen.

Der Service war anfangs sehr charmant,die Getränke kamen recht schnell,unser Hund wurde mit Wasser und etwas Fleisch versorgt,Der Rosé Hauswein war gut. Unsere Vorspeisen kamen zügig,wir hatten eine sehr hervorragende Tomatensuppe und eine Caprese,nicht soo besonders,aber auch keinesfalls schlecht.

Und dann warteten wir…und warteten,nach ca 30 min gingen wir rein und fragten nach,es schien als habe man unser Essen vergessen. Passiert. Wir hatten eine Spagetti Bolognese und eine Carbonara. Das Essen kam dann endlich,sah hervorragend aus,die Portionen ordentlich…leider höchstens lauwarm.:-((

Meine Carbonara war wirklich höchstens lauwarm und dazu noch geschmacklich ziemlich tot… Ich ging rein und fragte ob man da was machen könnte…der Chef ist komplett ausgerastet,schrie mich an,an seinem Essen wäre nichts falsch und ich hätte keine Ahnung. Ich sagte,dass die Nuddln ja wenigstens warm sein sollten. Der Chef eskaliert total,verbot mir das Wort und schmiss mich quasi raus.

Meine Begleitung aß seine Bolognese draußen auf und ich ging dann rein zum bezahlen.

Wiederholt schrie mich der Chef an das sein Essen nicht falsch ist,und nötigte seinen Angestellten mehrmals dazu,seinen Finger in meine Carbonara zu stecken um ihm zu bestätigen wie warm oder kalt mein Essen war.

Im ganzen einfach nur sehr peinlich,wahrscheinlich hat das zu sehr an seinem Ego gekratzt. Seine Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr peinlich berührt über das verhalten des Chefs.

Wir werden nicht mehr dorthin gehen.

Interessant ist auch,das nur positive 5 Sterne Bewertungen vom Inhaber kommentiert werden,alle kritischen Bewertungen werden ignoriert. Ob da wohl jemand nicht...
