Chez Zola — Restaurant in Berlin

I visited Berlin for the first time in June and one of my friends recommended me this restaurant so I went without hesitation. I was immediately surprised by the home-like feeling I had there, the owner of the restaurant welcomed us as if we had known each other for a long time and it made us feel very comfortable. I also feel like the paintings on the wall also add to that cozy atmosphere.

The food we ordered brought me back to my childhood, reminding me the food my grandmother used to make, and that is, I would say, the best comment I could do. Zola is an amazing cook, and I hope her restaurant gets the attention is actually deserves.

I will definitely go again !

Charming place, delicious food, super-sympathetic owners.

We happened upon Chez Zola tonight, finding that it was only open by exception for some friends and invitees (they normally close at 7pm). Buy we were welcomed to join anyway and had a superb tagine with chicken en plums. Desserts (a.o. bits of orange in orange blossom water) were also mouthwatering....

The restaurant is outstanding! My husband and I tried the vegetarian couscous, and it was absolutely delicious, with rich, authentic flavors. The service, provided by a very kind and attentive lady, made the entire experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and we will...
