Could Be WAY better. I ordered orange juice and I don’t like (also the menu does not say) when it comes with pieces of fruit, I asked the waitress to strain the juice and she said NO. I asked to send it back then, as I would not drink it. I paid 10 euros for a juice I did not drink and she decided to not take back. The place was full, but no reason for everyone else to receive their food, but not my table (even tables that arrived after mine). The waitress even tried to pretend to be nice and without me asking said “I’ll check why other people received and your table not yet”. In the end that was my plate. The service here is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. We waited 10 minutes to be approached and given a menu. Then, they serves the kaiserschmarrn without the Nutella. We asked for it and ended up going in to ask for it again after 15 min. Then, asked for the check and waited 10 min! To pay after asking for 2 times more! When the waiter finally came to take my payment, he sarcastically told me I’m friendly because I gave him no tip… I was shocked! Told him tip come with work! I cannot believe he thought he deserved any extra from me.

The food was nice but the service ruined the experience. 26€ for 2 coffees, juice and dessert is cool if the service is exceptional.

You can pick from a wide variety of breakfast combinations, culminating in an epic creation of a bruch-platter for two. Decorated with all kinds of fresh fruit, you are presented with a range of hot-scrambles, softboiled eggs, cold-cuts and cheeses, yoghurt and sweet croissants.

The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. Although, when things are busy, their attention is a bit stretched, despite their best efforts to keep on top of things.
