This establishment is not a bar, but a performance on the theme "we are cool, you are nobody". There are constant queues at the entrance, but, as it turns out, not because there is a full house inside. No. The queues are artificial, created on purpose - to create the illusion of elitism. People stand for an hour, freeze, hope to get in, and then see how the "chosen ones" calmly enter - without a queue, without a reservation, simply because they are "theirs".

When you, as an ordinary person, approach the entrance and ask the question: "Excuse me, when are you letting me in?" - you can get outright rudeness in response. Words like "not today", "you were not expected here", and even a direct "get out of here" are not the exception, but the practice. Controllers and staff act as if they did you a favor just by standing near their doors.

Inside - the service is at the same level. Cold, slow, with a feeling that you are disturbing their life. No culture of communication, no respect for the guest. And the prices are like in an establishment with luxury service.

The question is - for what? For the humiliation at the entrance? For the theatrical queue and bartenders who do not care about your presence?

This bar is the embodiment of showiness and contempt for people. If you are looking for a normal attitude - it is better not to come here. You are not welcome here. And they make it clear immediately and...

The worst place I've ever been to

Visiting this bar was a real humiliation for me. The service is monstrously slow, and that's not an exaggeration. The waiters were crawling around like sleepy flies, without the slightest sense of urgency or desire to work. It takes 30 minutes to order. When I ask, "Are you even going to bring anything?" I get a look as if I'm bothering them. No apologies, no explanations.

The culmination was the rudeness of one of the employees, who, when I asked a legitimate question about the delay, told me to go to hell. Yes, literally - "go to hell."* Let me clarify: I was polite and correct. It was a blow below the belt. A complete lack of professionalism, culture and basic respect for the guest. It seems that the staff simply hates their work and clients.

I left there with a disgusting aftertaste. Not because I waited for a long time, but because I was not respected as a person. I do not recommend this bar to anyone. If you value your time, nerves and human dignity - avoid it. A place where you are not just not expected, but where you are wiped on the floor.

The cocktails here are indeed good, but none of that matters when the service is openly hostile and discriminatory. Three months ago we were denied entry at 1:00 AM, even though the bar officially closes at 2:30 AM. The waiter on duty was rude and left us waiting for a taxi in the rain. I left a negative review back then, expecting that management might take action and improve their service. Tonight we decided to give this place another chance. Shockingly, the same waiter refused to seat us — not because the bar was full or closing, but simply because we had previously written an honest review. This is beyond unprofessional: it is arrogant, disrespectful, and shows complete disregard for customers. A bar that punishes guests for honest feedback instead of addressing its problems is not worth visiting. No matter how good the drinks are, the staff makes this place unacceptable.
