I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hello Charge Asia in Berlin, and let me tell you, it was a culinary journey like no other!
Starting with the soup, it was an explosion of flavors! Rich, seasoned, and incredibly umami, it set the tone for the rest of the meal. The shrimp wonton was perfectly cooked, with a soft and flavorful skin that left me craving for more.
Moving on to the shrimp dumplings, they were equally impressive. Steamed to perfection, each bite was a burst of delicate flavors that danced on my palate.
For the main course, I tried the Curry Lady with crispy duck, and it was a revelation! The red curry soup was thick and creamy, with just the right amount of spice. As for the crispy duck, it was a true standout. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor, it was simply divine.
I also sampled the beef noodle soup, which was comforting and satisfying. While the noodles were soft and the beef tender, a touch of chili sauce elevated the dish to new heights, adding depth and complexity to the flavors.
Overall, my experience at Hello Charge Asia was exceptional. From the exquisite soups to the mouthwatering mains, each dish showcased the restaurant's dedication to authentic Asian flavors. If you're in Berlin and craving a taste of Asia, Hello Charge Asia is a must-visit destination. Trust me, you won't be...

Searching on maps, we ended up with a decision to visot this restaurant and try the duck meat . We searched the menu , and ordered duck meat plates , and i told the stuffnthaty wife doesnt eat spicy food at all, so please we want : gar niks spices/not a single drop of spiness in her food , she said ok. But my wife food was that same spicy curry soup as in my plate, and theeat was over fried in oil, and burned . My wife couldnt eat. I just nicely approached the stuff and informed her that my wife food is spicy, she said no! It is normal ! I said it is spicy, and i asked for not a single deop of spiness in her food, but the stuff argued that it is not spicy .Putting iny that i know the asian cuisine as i tried it mainly in Bali . The stuff gave a cold reaction, she didnt even offer other alternative, and she didnt bother to give any sollution. Very unprofessional behavior from a stuff . Finally we realised as if those good reviews were just staged ! Otherwise we couldnt have come here . We are just...
Read moreIf you wonder where to introduce friends or explore yourself Asian Vietnamese cuisine but Halal, you are at the right place. The taste is authentic, fresh and delicious. Another big plus is the service. They served everything fast and in a very warm, friendly way. I did came back twice before driving to other cities. Highly recommended.
EDIT: I came back Berlin for New Year’s celebration and decided to return to this restaurant after my first try 4 months ago. The new dish - Bun Cha La Lot became my favourite in this restaurant so far. I always want to make this dish at home but it’s hard to find Betel leaves (La Lot) at my place. The authentic and very special taste which can only be found in Betel leaves, juicy minced beef and very refreshing herbs reminded me of my mom’s recipe. It’s a huge temptation not to order one more Bun Cha La Lot without the noodle for a snack. I will not hesitate to order this one...
