The vegan and gluten free options were both extremely good - zucchini noodles and vegan salad both highly recommended. People on our table who had the pizza weren't so impressed, commenting that the bases were very soft and bready. One pizza arrived about 15 minutes after everyone else's, which always makes things awkward for everyone. Otherwise the food arrived promptly for everyone else. The service otherwise was really bad - for a table of 12 people, there was not a single occasion when we didn't have to explicitly go looking for a waiter. Not once did anyone come to our table unprompted. We weren't a needy group but the staff and management need some serious training when it comes to table management and service. They were nice people - just not available or looking elsewhere or there was no understanding of who was supposed to be looking after which table. I gave this restaurant two chances. Food wise and product wise nothing to say.. good quality! But service... one of the worst experiences in a restaurant! Just a few people are working in the service for a huge are to serve.. consequence of that: stressed people that are already full of tasks and can’t give attention to the customers. This makes the experience uncomfortable even to order something as long as you need to stare at the waiter that is doing everything possible not to look at you because they already have too many things to do. On top of that the way the waiters work is un respectful and slow that looks like a joke. Come on italofritzen pay more attention about it! Choose your waiters with more care, schedule more people to take care of the customers, your really good products are nothing worth if I have to wait for one and a half hour...
