We sat outside because there was no free spot inside (after first being told upstairs would be open later when we were initially there and the place was empty, but they changed their mind seemingly), then we saw a spot freed up (by this time many other people were already sent away because it was full and they had upstairs closed). We took the free table, but got a lot of rude complaints because we were "moving around too much" and were then refused service. Even though there's no problem with taking a free table (which we would not have done if there's a queue), the servers decided to take it out on us. I tried to explain this fact to them but I guess they wanted to take the bad mood out on customers today. Probably worst service I've ever...

I visited this bar recently and while the atmosphere and music were great, I was very disappointed with the service. One of the staff members spilled my cocktail over the chair and partially on me. They gave the chair a quick wipe but didn’t even clean the glass, which left my hands sticky and uncomfortable. On top of that, their attitude felt careless and borderline mocking. It’s a shame, because the place has a lot of potential, but the staff’s behavior really ruined the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their...

Easily my favorite bar in Berlin. Used to come here at least once a week during the summer. The personnel is the bomb, I would trust the barkeepers with my life. Outside spots next to the river are beautiful, upstairs lounge is artsy with changing exhibitions, bar is very comfortable. Location above Grill Royal very convenient for drinks after a good dinner.

Tip: don't ask for the menu. Simply tell the barkeeper what you feel like and get a perfect drink every time.
