Me and my colleagues meet at Lotte am Zoo almost every Tuesday. They know us as the Doctolib group. It's a place for us to connect with each other and have a nice time in a safe space. We've been going there regularly for over a year now.
So I was quite surprised when I was told that I could not drink the water that I had brought with me. I had already ordered 3 beers and my group of more than ten people had each ordered multiple drinks.
It simply does not make any sense that I was told that I couldn't drink my water. A good paying customer is a happy customer who keeps coming back. Currently, I never want to come back.
If this is the attitude this establishment portrays against its customers, I'd rather take my company elsewhere where I'm treated with respect and reasoning.
Please educate your staff on their manners and reasoning abilities. If you don't want me drinking my water, I'll happily go somewhere else where I can.

What could have been a pleasant evening was entirely overshadowed by this attitude. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously. I will not...

Listen, if you're a bar that praises itself on tendering wine and cocktails, free tap water makes economic sense: people will stay longer and drink more expensive drinks over the course of an evening. But ok, enjoy that you ripped of 3,50 € for a water- you won't see me or my party back...good riddance, unfortunate, but good...
